Burn Boot Camp in Framingham features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training in 45-minute workouts that never repeat. The gym has the best facility and best trainers ever, who are motivating, encouraging, and friendly. The trainers push you to do things you didn’t think you could do and take time to get to know everyone. The community atmosphere and other members keep motivating you each class, creating a supportive environment where everyone is awesome. Workouts take place on a signature floating floor and are designed to engage your full body, making members feel stronger physically and mentally. The location is well maintained, updated, and in a great location. With free Childwatch and a universal membership, it is designed for busy lifestyles.     I’m so glad that my friend convinced me to try Burn. I have never enjoyed weight training-until now! The classes are both challenging and fun. There is great energy, music and supportive trainers. Everyone that works out there is friendly and welcoming too! Highly recommend!

The childcare is amazing and the entire watch team and training staff is incredibly welcoming and delightful.     Absolutely love it! I have not worked out in quite some time and the class is so motivating and easy to navigate and I feel great after the class. I would definitely recommend it. I also love that there are people of all ages. I am 50+ and feel like I fit in great.
