People should be commended for good service. I find Chris to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I never thought I would enjoy buying auto parts but he makes it easy.

Recently had throat surgery couldn't speak. Scumbag behind the counter who looked like he has not showered in years tried to sell me a part that was three times as expensive to what I saw online. He says oh well not here. Went across the street to auto zone woman took the time to show me options and saved me $160. Do yourself a favor walk the 100 yards over to auto zone. Drove 40 minutes to pick up a part I already bought online. Got to the store at 745. Door was locked and lights were off. Hours say open to 8pm. Not happy.

Kudos to Derek and his team! Broke down on i90 and found these guys. They completely knocked it out of the park: right parts, fair price, had no qualms about me doing a tailshaft seal off to the side of the parking lot... even with a trailer behind me!. When I needed to size up some hardware they let me take it outside. I made a tool out of hardware and shop across the street welded it for me. Parts folks were friendly, informed, and helpful.

So to be honest I never done a review for any place but I just had to type this out here so I go into auto zone great communication no bad attitudes everybody there is extremely helpful but they didn't have what I wanted but I still left in good spirits then I go to car quest across the street and I walk in I don't have a soft voice I'm a loud person so this elderly man asked is there something we can help you with I simply ask where are the tow hooks plain as day he asks what!? Tow hooks! What? The guy sitting next to him states that there in a specific isle and I'm like thank you then I hear the conversation between them and I'm pretty sure the old man still asked what he wanted and he said tow hooks so I'm wondering around because there not the specific ones I want so I pull something off eBay to show the old man if this is the specific brand that they carry he says I don't even know what the hell that is I just walked away ignoring him I'm just thinking to myself why they letting a senile heavily handicapped man work there with no customer skills brotha learn how to handle customers the right way or just bring your self to a elderly home time to retire ma brotha and yea I'm kinda butthurt it is what it is people who work in certain places gotta have good customer service learn how to enter act with humans don't talk to me like I'm a punk kid have some respect

This shop took the time to put their hands on a part for us and had it ready when I arrived. Thanks for the phone calls, help, fast services and more getting one of our dump trucks back on the road.

I put in a online order. Said order would be ready in 30 minutes. I come to the store it is now 7:25. Says they close at 8 on website. And posted on door they close at 8. Guy is literally at the register all lights ON just staring at me banging on the door. Send me my REFUND NOW!! Never again. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Since it was changed over to D&M from Advanced, the personal are much better but there are fewer of them and are hard to find someone when they are out back. That needs to change.
