Friendly, honest, and great service! They were able to fit me in quickly on several occasions when my car was having what turned out to be brake issues. I had a 21 year old car that I was just trying to keep safe and running without putting much more money into and they were always transparent with what they felt I should/shouldn't repair and why. Not sure how their prices compare to others, but they're worth what they charge.

Very disappointed with Central Automotive. Make sure you have your wheel lock key, upon leaving, if you've had tire work done! They were the last ones to use it and refuse to compensate me.

Went to Central Automotive to get a second opinion on diagnosis from a local auto dealer and they confirmed that my car actually did not need the work after all. I appreciate their honestly and integrity. I will be doing my oil changes and more at Central Automotive and have fired that local dealer.

I have been going here for about 10+ years — just moved to Worcester and I still plan on keeping these guys. kind, knowledgeable and will take the time to answer questions! Go here. Stop looking and just go here. They are wonderful and so responsive — not to mention very reasonably priced.

Just left here, and I had to make sure to leave a review. I absolutely recommend these guys. There was a grinding sound coming from my tire, and I was worried it would cost an arm and a leg. I saw the reviews about their honesty and great work and decided to give them a chance. I was not disappointed. They took my car right in, got the work done quick, and the price was so much less than I thought it would be. They'll definitely be my go-to mechanics now.
