“Unfortunately, I had the terrible experience of opening an account with this bank. They claimed that one of my checks was fraudulent and blocked all the money from my business for more than three weeks. I went there simply to get my money back, and they didn’t give it to me. They said they mailed it, even though I had deposited all my money into their bank.
And what’s worse, they gave me no explanation, no formal document, nothing. Do not open an account at Chase. The worst bank I’ve ever seen. It makes no sense at all

Terrible. One teller?!?!??! In line for 20 min. A manager cant do simple transactions???? Good thing im here to close my account. But they will offer you water

Signed up for a credit card after being offered a promotion. Got approved and met the requirements of the “welcome bonus”. Didn’t get paid out. Went to this branch and they couldn’t do anything about it but sit on the phone with me and corporate, listening to the other side telling me I’m right but there’s nothing they can do and nothing they will do. Can’t cancel the card because of the high limit. Will not be opening any more accounts at Chase.

Went to the branch to resolve an account verification issue. Staff I met were all very helpful and friendly. Nice to have this new branch around!

Made me get an appointment to solve a closed acc issue and when I get there all I got was they need to talk to their back office to see what’s the problem and couldn’t give me a reason or solution to my problem. Employee are also racist, when they see color people, they treat you differently.

Very bad customer service. Scheduled an appointment with William, but when I arrived he was not present. They could have called me in advance so that I can reschedule to save my time but they didn’t bother.

Walked in during normal business hour, trying to open a bank account, was welcomed by one rep and another rep jumped in and told me to schedule a different time, the language was rude.

I opened a debt card with chase and I had a great experience, Raygliano camargos was super helpful and he guided me through the whole steps! It was super welcoming that I even brought my twin sister to open a debt card with chase as well and Raygliano was very professional and guided us to the right direction!
