  I went to other Citizens branch to request a new debit card and they told me their printer does not work. Then they referred me to this location saying their printer works. And I came here and they told me their printer does not work as well. I mean what the hell? Why do you waste my time? Why the hell you have that printer if you don’t know how to use it and instead lying that it does not work?! Why the hell do you have branches if you can not do simple things?! Such a shame!!!

  Absolutely horrid customer service, the employee Joao is rude and pushy. I asked for a simple document stating my routing and account number, was offered 2 different forms instead. Even if it's all you can do indeed, the same information could have been given in a polite and respectful manner. When asked to see the manager, I was told "we have no manager". An exemplary lesson on how NOT to provide customer service. Wish I had read other reviews before wasting my time and energy.

  Not a good experience, handed off several times before being invited to a desk to open new accounts with a local bank (I just moved here, and my online bank has no local branches). The woman who eventually sat me was rude and condescending to me about whether I could direct deposit $500 a month into a new account (I was wearing a t-shirt and had been doing some raking that morning). I tried to explain that I make significant income as a business and restaurant owner who also had a full-time job, but she brushed me off and continued her pitch about what she thought I was. I had been interested in the differences between the Citizens high-yield access accounts and private client accounts, but her time was more valuable than mine and I opened an account up the road minutes later with a competitor who was more than happy to do so with with a six-figure starting deposit.If you need change for a $20, you may need to show up in a three-piece suit. Alternatively, we can just treat everyone we meet with respect. (My vote goes to the latter.)
