Awful “customer service” experience. The inability to retrieve my credit card after the employee failed to return during sign-up was outrageous. They have a phone number but they refuse to answer calls. Completely pointless.

Got a basic car wash this morning 10/1 . Sorry guys , but it was not the greatest .. lots of dirt left of the car . ( like dust marks all over , kinda like there was no soap used ) . Thought I would let management know

Young man with blondish hair began to manipulate me once I gave him my credit card for a membership (complicating what was simple - repeatedly - so that I could not understand the terms of my contract). He stole my time and held up the line so he could feel “in control”.
An older gentleman finally got out of his car and approached the window saying the line was being held up. The employee demanded he “get back in his car” as if he was a police officer.
This controlling behavior was insane and unacceptable and meant for this employee to feel “big” or “important”. He was “much nicer” when I had just spoke with him in the store. These types of young people are a very bad addition to any business.
He was completely disrespectful to the older gentleman.
I cancelled my (brand new) membership, and the young man employee didn’t care, directing me out of the parking lot.
In short, I got used.
That membership had better be cancelled.

It only washed half my car—the sides, but not the roof—and it didn’t do a good job removing the road tar. I can’t give it one star only because it sorta did wash something. Probably not the best use of $26 today.
