I was very disappointed when I drove from Boston to Framingham store today to pick up products. When I went in the girl at the desk told me I had to leave, it was 12:25 in the afternoon and she said she was going to lunch for a half hour. I would have to wait a half hour in the parking lot for her to come back. It never said on the website that they closed at 12:25 for a half hour? I would have gone to another store. Luckily Salon centric is across the street and they don’t close in the middle of the day, and kick their clients out of the store. Very very disappointed in customer service and wasting my time going out there. If your going to close a big chain store like that at least reflect it in your website.

Love the new space ! Good selection for professional hairdressers. Plenty of parking, easy access on Rt 9WIt’s located just before Walmart. Go slow, it can be ez to pass.
