Buyers beware!!Very disappointed. I ordered 4 chairs -paid for them and was expecting to pick up within 2 weeks. I spoke to their customer rep Michael when ordering and called him once I received notification that my order was canceled. I asked why the order was canceled after 10 days. He told me that these chairs were discontinued items and when i placed my order that WM only had 8 of these chairs. They never made it to the framingham store. I was then told that the e-commerce is different than the stores and WM store has no control. Now after 2weeks - i am back to square one. Bottom line. No guarantees - even if you oay in advance

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service.. i order expensive chairs with a pickup date one week out.. that came and went i had to call a week later to find out it wasn't on the truck and i will for sure have them following Wednesday.. another week came and went no call or update.. i had to call for manager elsa to tell me it will be in in A few days.. no guarantees.. i canceled the order with elsa and not one apology or attempt to keep me as a customer. I will take my business elsewhere possibly home sense or home goods where the customer matters.

I fell in Love with World Market in Santa Barbara. Been a faithful customer for more than 12 yrs. NOT no more. Worst customer service ever. Can't get my order, can't get a response. Will Trying doing a charge back for this insanity. $107 order. 16 days and not tracking. Due at the house 6 days ago. NO tracking information. Sent an email Jan 5th. Automated response, "expect a response to you shortly" 6 days later no response. NOw it is 7 days since the order should have been here, still no response, no order and no tracking number Who ever the CEO is, is looking to save on taxes by running World Market into the ground. A bunch of fat cats buy World Market from Bed Bath Beyond when customer service was customer service and now these fat egotistical fat cats have nothing better to do then ruin a business and add more anger and frustration to the world as we try and find a live person to help get an order. Well done Fat Lazy, perimysium's. You might have a lot of money but you're still bottom feeders. Doing a Charge back and will pray for the employees at World Market when it crashes, they will find good jobs and loose little in the interim.

I used to love this store. I originally discovered it in NC and was thrilled to find 2 within a hour away. Went to the one in cape cod until they closed after 2020 and then went to Framingham. First visit was okay.. nice store. Orderly and got a few cute things and the nearby stores were great. Second visit was last summer. Absolute disaster. Cashier was so rude (older man) pretty much threw my stuff in the bag. Was absolutely disgusted and left. Went to a few more stores. Drove the hour and a half home. Open up the bag and everything I bought was covered in jam. The glass jar had broken cause the idiot cashier didn't wrap it. So all my stuff is covered in jelly and the stores an hour and a half away. Email customer service, eventually I get an apology and a gift card that covered my purchases.Fast forward to December 2022. I love the store at Christmas and the next closest one added another hour to my trip so I decided to give them a second chance. Huge mistake. Grab a soaking wet carriage (they can't dry them?) and start to browse. I'm walking along minding my own business when an employee just walks in front of me. Had to stop short and it literally hurt every bone in my body as I have health issues. Take a deep breath and find the Christmas stuff, put a few things in my cart, was trying to look at a display and there's a pallet in front of it. There was enough room for my cart., then I get stuck. Stocker is just sitting on the pallet taking a break. Tugged the cart hard and it comes loose. Told the kid the pallet shouldn't have even been there during business hours. He ignores me. Fine. Found a few more things and looked at the wines and finally get in line. Pretty sore now thanks to the earlier jolt. Get to the cashier and lucky me. I get to the one with no personality. Fabulous. Put in phone number and she rings me up looking like she'd rather be anywhere else. Offers me a bag for a dime. Well yeah I have a lot of stuff and it's pouring. It's just a dime but give the customers a bag. It's ridiculous to charge extra. Add it to your already inflated prices. I've seen your products in 4 other stores at half the price. So I buy the bag. No big deal but the principle. She tells me the total. I handed her the gift card cause I didn't know how to use it. She huffs and puffs and gets this aggravated look on her face. I pay the difference with my debit card. She pretty much shoved the bag at me: had to ask for recipe in case there was an issue. She gives it to me. No thank you. God forbid she tell me to have a nice day , just shoves the bag at me kind of like "go" Very disappointing when you're giving a store a second try. Email customer service. Takes a week to hear from the manager that requests I call her. No, email only. Rarely talk on the phone. Replied back asking her to handle in email. 3 times now. Still no reply. 2 weeks of waiting. Really sad cause I love this store so much but will not tolerate rude employees.

What's not to say about this place? It's incredible! Awesome selection of just about anything you can think of. And the cashiers and sales people on the floor are so helpful and friendly. And they wrap all the breakables. Made me think of the old days. Such a fun place!!

If you are looking for unusual food items check them out. Lots of international foods. Nice home decore stuff as well.
