The store does not open at the time indicated on the sign on the door! More than an hour of waiting, and there is no one to open the store! Lack of respect for the consumer!!

I just got robbed at the register. I went in with a Walmart purchased iPhone 12 and I said it was unlocked, I checked the EMEI number online but it is a Straight Talk phone. He said no problem, charged me $11 and change, started the process and then said he can't do it. I said fine just give me a refund. I was told that is not possible because I didn't pay in cash and I will have to call 611 for a refund. No I don't, I'll dispute the transaction with my bank and tell Google reviews about my experience. Oh, and switch to Straight Talk!

The store is supposed to close at 7:30pm. I went there twice around 5pm and it already closed. Change the business hours if you can’t do it.

To Cricket wireless !! i think you need to train your Employer better< by teach them not to go to the ( competicion store@ Boost mobile in framingham to get private info about a prospecting costumer.#@Bad!! costumer service@... i was in Boost mobile Store the other day and this Guy( Angel Rivera) came into the store asking for an acct # he want to switch a costumer from Boost to Cricket also he claim that he used to work for Boost before, and now he works for Cricket wireless, he wants to get the Acct # from his prospecting customer, Wrong !! action @ he Starting yelling at the Boost mobile lady, bc she was busy with a costumer, he starting Disrespecting the Business saying Boost is Trash, and that is why he doesent want to work for them anymore! Really!!? anyway i am a consumer and i think that was wrong #

Cricket is the Best Phone Carrier I've ever had! The Customer Service is Awesome and their pricing is Fair and Low. Thx Cricket! I referred 2 Friends and they Love Cricket!
