No stars Doc called in a prescription at 2 pm. Arrived at 415pm to pick up- wasn't ready after waiting 20 min, still not ready. Now it is 548. I wanted to ask how much longer and a tall brunette pharmacist said very caustically , one line! I said, 'yes, I have been in the line twice'. She said- well when I call your name, come up. The prescription is for a simple antibiotic. Then they called me up to say it was filled, but I had to wait again for the pharmacist to mix. Finally at 610 pm I have my one bottle of antibiotic. Wow. These people are slow, everyone had to wait, and those that dropped off their script got it faster than those who had the script faced or called in. Horrible customer service.

Shelves were legit destroyed when I went the other day. Almost every aisle I went down was in complete disarray like a 3 year old went to every shelf and mixed everything up. Looked like someone was pulling a prank on me. No idea how a store can be that messed up. Management get your staff to organize things for goodness sake. Shameful.

I take multiple medications. I also have severe allergies, which means if a medication uses certain things as fillers in a medication, I can get really sick. For years I've struggled to find ANY pharmacy - not just CVS - who can help me get medicine that's safe for me to take. I often had to fill prescriptions I was allergic to and had to take medicine that made me sick just so my other conditions were manageable. This is the ONLY pharmacy that helped me navigate things. For years, every month when I filled my prescription I'd have to set aside several hours to call different pharmacies and check to see what brands they had in stock. Often the only pharmacy that had a brand safe for me to take was over an hour away, so filling my prescriptions every month was an ordeal. Of all the pharmacies I called, this is the only one that tried to help. I explained the situation, that CVS had an allergy alert in my chart but I still mostly got medications I was allergic to. The pharmacist helped me figure out a solution. This is the ONLY pharmacy that has made sure I get a brand that is safe for me to take. I generally hate CVS. The employees everywhere else are indifferent at best. Not here. They are lovely to deal with and so kind. I live much, much closer to other CVS pharmacies but I always go to this one because it's the only one I feel safe going to. I'm so grateful I don't have to take medications that make me sick. I wish I could give all the staff here raises and gold medals.

I walked in today just looking for a few things. 1 man greeted me while I was in the back. I passed and employee and I clearly couldn't find what I was looking for. I waited to see if I was going to be asked if I needed help.. never happened. After searching for what I needed, I walked up to the counter and an older rude woman range me up. Never greeting once. I won't be coming back. Period.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every time, without fail. If you need a prescription, look elsewhere. If you need toilet paper, they'll probably screw that up too. No thank you CVS.

When the pharmacist is working the window rather than filling prescriptions. Waiting hour and counting and the doctor sent them ahead of time. They never have enough staff.

Something must have changed. The 3 previous 5 star reviews are from at least 2 years ago. My family just moved to the area and with every visit leave disappointed. The store is a mess with items in random boxes everywhere. Employees are rude and many times don't seem to know what they are doing. Finally, they rarely have shopping carts to sit my child in. The CVS at the speen Street / 135 intersection is much better.
