Yay! I finally found a place that actually knows how to ring up items under your OTC card. I had the pleasure of dealing with Omar the other day with my OTC purchase and I was in and out. He was friendly, professional and so helpful especially with my coupons. He also found an electronic item for me that I desperately needed in seconds. I actually enjoyed doing my errands. Thank you Omar, hope to work with you again.👏👍

The cashier Julie is very rude and racist, two customers next to me were talking with each other and I heard Julie telling them, "You have to speak my language". She is very disgusting.

Had to revise to 1 star after witnessing too much disregard for the community. Turning people away with zero help, and really just not delivering care in line with the reputation of CVS.
I can appreciate that this location might be understaffed or overwhelmed, but a pharmacy plays such a critical role in delivering healthcare that people of this community plainly deserve better. The staff seems burnt out and disinterested.

The CVS on Concord Street in Framingham is my favorite CVS. I wish they would have more in stock like they have at the other CVS's but out of all the CVS's I've been to they are fast at the pharmacy and there's never a long line anywhere else and there's always somebody around to help you

I had a great experience getting my vaccines with Cody. He promptly helped me reschedule a few appointments and provided excellent assistance. In the past, I've encountered some unpleasant experiences with CVS employees who were rude and indifferent. However, this time was refreshingly different.

This CVS is just like all the other locations the pharmacy is under staffed the pharmacists are great but the technicians not so much. They tend to be clueless I always have to repeat myself and they move very slow the live is always outrageous there is no good time to go they are busy from the time they open until the time they close. And it always that they spend more time at the drive through window customers than the customers that are inside standing in line for an hour. They really need a manager that can provide them guidance in how to run the pharmacy more efficiently.

Love the pharmacy but you can't shop there now that literally everything is locked up. More money for Amazon I guess!
