I placed an order online but then needed to change the delivery date as the recipient was going to still be in the hospital on planned date. The person who took my cal assured me they would make the change but they did not. My order was delivered to someone who wasn’t able to receive it.

Had a bad experience on valentines day the person I spoke to was Andy I believe and he's the manager? He told me he'd send out a new replacement of the same order I had ordered for my wife for valentines day! I couldn't be more happy with the customer service. I've been using this location for 6+ years for other occasions other than V-Day and will continue to do so. I really appreciate the staff of this location and their customer service.

The strawberries were small and mushy. They were so small that they put two strawberries in one wrapping to make up for it. Terrible quality. I could’ve gotten a better product from a local grocery store. Do not recommend and will not do business again with them.

Very disappointed with the quality of the strawberries. For $50 I expected them to be ripe and almost fully covered in chocolate. Instead we got small, white, half dipped strawberries. Do not recommend.

Omg first review ever! I’m living in FLA and called the Framingham location last minute yesterday and spoke to Leo… nice, friendly and most of all helpful! I needed to get an arrangement to my son and to be daughter in laws party, which a hiccup in life prevented me from being their in person.., they just face timed me… the platter was beautiful and just as promised on time! Thank you Leo! I will surely use you again!!! Looked amazing and they said delicious!!

Yesterday, I received an Edible Arrangements Dipped Fruit Delight from this location. Not only was the presentation beautifully done, but the fruit was fresh, sweet, and delicious! Thank you for the pride you took in preparing such a beautiful and delicious treat ❤️
