Raynel was incredibly helpful. I toured the property, and appreciate the setup. I particularly liked how Rayell said the office can work with us when renewal is up. I prepaid for rental for four months.

The manager Raynel was very helpful as I was choosing the right size unit. The facility is neat and accessible. He continued to be helpful when I had various follow up questions. Looking forward to having more space at home knowing my extra things are stored away at this facility.

My unit was temperature controlled. They staff is very accommodating. Remey in the office was always so helpful. My only complaint is the continuous price increases. I had my unit since March and it was increased twice.
