. Arrived to set it up Neil was great guess the 3rd party messed up but Neil sorted it out and got me the unit I wanted for a better price. Saves the day A++

I recently stopped by to rent a storage room and Neil was so kind and helpful. I had looked online first and wanted to see a couple different sizes. He gladly showed me around and let me explore the different options. Then he was able to sign me up right then and there with the price that I saw online. The place is in a great location, very convenient, and there are always carts available to help bring items to and from your unit. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this storage facility! Very secure and clean. The employees are all wonderful especially the Manager Neil. I'm sad to go but If I ever move back to the area, I know where to bring my business. Thank you Framingham Extra Space!!

The only complain that I have is I had to remind someone twice regarding my unit being empty and that I hadn’t received an email confirmation. The first time I told them it in person, and the second time I did it online and I was transferred to the location and told them over the phone. I was told not to worry about it that I wouldn’t get charged again, which I found to be a poor choice of words to use but other than that it was a pretty decent experience. Would definitely rent there again if I needed to.

I’ve been using this facility for a while and find Neil to be very helpful whenever I have issues. He also keeps the areas clean and tidy which is nice as some other places can look run-down

I have had the best experience with this storage facility! The place is extremely clean and well maintained. Also, my storage rental process was quick and efficient. Facility manager Neil as well as the staff are friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this place!

I called and booked everything through the phone. They were able to secure the cheapest price even though I did it over the phone and was able to get the online promotion deal. They even called to check in after I had placed my stuff in the unit to make sure everything went well and if I had any other questions. I recommend to anyone needing a safe and reliable place to put their belongings for short term/ long term stays. Thank you so much you guys were awesome!!! I do want to also mention I am not in the country and my family was able to be added on as authorized users and were able to drop my stuff for me and a lock was provided for a small price. Life savers to say the least.

The units are squeaky clean, at least the four that I had. It started off with a reasonable price but I guess I stayed too long because the rate started going up much faster than inflation. Great place for a short term rental.

Walked in to see how this storage facility look like. Compared to others storage places. The front desk gentleman, Neil who approached us very helpful and friendly. I rented one of the climate control unit. This place was very clean and organized. The building is kind of new. Price is very compatible to others places.

Best storage place I’ve ever used (among 10). Quite new (3 years old) compared to most places nearby. Clean storage, hallways, and elevators. Very friendly and accommodating front office. Inside prices like outside prices at other places. Even has very clean bathrooms. Electronic gates and doors worked wonderfully.
