This is really a first-rate storage facility. The management is particularly solid: Karen and her team are extremely responsive and actually very pleasant to work with. I'm actually quite puzzled how anyone could have had a bad experience here.
I use my storage unit primarily to garage a vintage car during the winter, and I have to admit that the finish and cleanliness of the storage unit is superior to the garage that's attached to my home!
I've had my storage unit for several months now, and the only complaint so far was that the light inside my unit was flaky ... so the very next day it was replaced with a new and better light fixture. It's hard to beat that sort of customer service.

Customer service here is terrible and while I was moving out the elevator broke and I had no access to go back upstairs to lock up my storage, the next day I got a call after viewing the camera feed of me struggling the only thing they asked me was to remember to pay for the next month.

I highly recommend this storage place. It is clean, with friendly and helpful owners, good security, and fair prices. The gate requires a code and there are video cameras so I felt very safe being there alone. Cathy, the owner, is a special delight and very helpful.

I tried to delete my last review but couldn’t. I was able to reach the office and was quite satisfied with the service. We found a place that was less expensive and closer to me but would consider EZ Storage for the Framingham area.

The whole facility is very clean, well-kempt, secure and easy enough to access from the road. The office staff are very friendly, which was much appreciated during our first couple visits! I'm sure we'll use EZ Storage for years to come.
