WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER, if I could would never buy anything if the shipping service is FedEx. Bad customer service, the app gives you no updates at all. They want you to sit outside the house the entire f day so you don’t “miss it”. AMAZON WOULD NEVER, UPS WOULD NEVER

This FedEx will not package anything for you even with a pre-paid QR code. Avoid this place they're lazy.

No problems with my experience at the shipping center but I had requested that my package be delivered to a local Walgreens where I could pick it up (no one home during the day to sign) and this was never done. Had to drive to the shipping center to pick it up.

FedEx delivery guys should all be fired, they never deliver to Milford and say there is no one at home, I always leave someone there waiting

The first lady I called was incompetent and lied about ability in not being able to hold a package, leading me on for at least a good 2-3 days to only be told by a customer service rep that she could hold the package for me after 5pm.
Ontop of the fact fedex has some of the worst time estimation system making a delivery order harder than a pick up, just fix your tracking system and stop lying to customers about estimated dates. Also why lie about the package being loaded? When the whole time I couldve PICKED IT UP??? Ontop of the fact that the delivery driver was on my street and didnt even try to drop it off is astounding considering its been "on its way" from the local processing for 2 whole days... I dont even use fedex primarilly this was a third party choice if i could id just go with USPS like a normal person.

The drivers who come to Milford never press the bell or knock on the door, we leave someone at home waiting every time and they simply say they tried the delivery and take our order for us to collect, terrible service at this Fedex in Framigham

Old, slow, and won't print your prepaid shipping labels. 20$ and it takes over 7days to get to destination? What a rip off. Thanks for wasting 20minutes of my time with no one is else to help but me in the store.
