$10.50per load - parking difficult . Not very clean .
I was disappointed . The floor dirty and building needs some paint . Doors open birds and bugs can fly into building .

It was my first time here. Needed to wash a single coat as my home washing machine has an agitator rod that can ruin it. The lady that work there was very nice. She explained everything and showed me in person. The area seem clean and functional. I have seen the other lady cleaning the driers seriously. Good place.

About half the machines were out of order. Only half the machines were credit card accessable, and there wasn't an ATM to get cash to turn into coins. On the other hand, the staff was wonderful and friendly and helpful, the place was clean and well equipped, and parking was simple.

At the Framingham Fluff 'n Fold the laundry attendant was very kind and helpful. Even though it was her lunch break she saw my confusion and came out and helped us. We will go there there again.

I have been using the laundry services here since moving to the area a few months ago. Doing laundry was difficult as I was recovering from surgery. I just drop off my laundry and, usually the same day, I get a call that it's ready. Everything is neatly folded and the prices are reasonable. All of the Lovely Laundry Ladies are delightful. The place is clean. Free parking lot wraps around the building.

Utilized the delivery service and have had mostly good experiences. Although their email system is down, so all communications (including payment) had to be over the phone and has not been fixed. Because of this we were not notified that there would be no delivery service the week of Thanksgiving (which is completely understandable practice but surprised us, since we weren’t notified until the last moment, and unable to plan. Then we went to the facility in the morning to do our own laundry, but the doors were locked, which was in conflict with the hours notes on the door, as well as their posted holiday hours. Grateful we found a different laundromat that was open.

This is the nicest laundry I haven't been to! Staff is very kind, they also fold my laundry so nicely. Worth my month. This is the best laundromat around here!

Fluff n Fold responded to my disappointment and noticed an error on the doors locking automatically before 10pm. And noted that they have fixed the problem. So I have changed my review.
