I have been renting a storage unit here for about 10 years now and am very satisfied. The manager, Carolyn, has been especially helpful, always there, always friendly, always attentive to my needs. The facilty is kept clean, there have been excellent updates to the rollup doors, extended access hours, the freight elevators are always working. I expect to rent there for a long time.

Hello I have rented space from American self storage for years now everything is always been perfect in order clean the bathroom spotless they have helped me numerous times.. they give you grace period on your rent a little bit.. I had such a good experience here today, Carolyn at the front desk was such a big help. She was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable on everything and was able to answer all my questions with kindness and patience! She gave us a tour and explained everything thoroughly. I am so glad I chose this storage facility and would most definitely recommend!!

The building is clean and the rates are reasonable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and they recently extended the hours which makes it easier to get in after work. Highly recommend.
