“Had a bad experience on valentines day the person I spoke to was Andy I believe and he's the manager? He told me he'd send out a new replacement of the same order I had ordered for my wife for valentines day! I couldn't be more happy with the customer service. I've been using this location for 6+ years for other occasions other than V-Day and will continue to do so. I really appreciate the staff of this location and their customer service.”

I ordered 1 edible arrangement to a friend’s house who she and I lost someone close. I got a call from a driver saying he delivered the package (amazing) shortly after I got another call saying the same package was delivered. Which is weird because I called the store to double check my order and they sent me a Confirmation email of just 1 edible arrangement totally $89.99.
When I called the store to let them know, they told me “I’m not the smartest Girl, I could of made a mistake and ordered two”.I STARTED CRYING.
NO let me see how I can help, NO store credit back NOTHING.
I would rather CUT up my own fruit, drip it in chocolate and do a ROAD trip before I use EDIBLE arrangements again.
