Wanted to buy a set of golf clubs. Prepared to spend a decent sum. The help I received from the fitter in selecting the set was almost zero. He picked out an expensive set with no explanation. When I asked questions he was rude and demeaning.
Not sure I will go back...

Not a bad store. They have a good selection, especially for demos. Got some clubs re-gripped there once and no complaints. The people here are pretty friendly and helpful.

Eric, the master club fitter at the Framingham store was able to diagnose the need to make some adjustments to my equipment that had gone unrecognized through two other fittings over the last 10 years. The changes and adjustments he has made to my clubs now allow me to reach my full potential. Eric is very personable, professional and proficient . This has been a game changing event for me. Unfortunately, I am still not ready for the tour… Lol.

This is my go to store for Club Work. The Club technician here named Alex always does a great job and I l’ve brought some expensive shafts to have adapter sleeve work done (Graphite Design, OBAN) and the work is always clean no marks on my shaft or the adapter sleeve no glue marks etc. Alex does a great job. Also, the customer service here is always spot on. They’re always very helpful. Club selection is great. The bays that you test clubs in all have trackman launch monitors so it’s great accurate DATA. I’m glad they opened up this separate store.

This is the first time I've ever written a review on a place and it’s well deserved. I'd give it a zero if possible. I went in doing my own research and wanted to walk out with a set of irons. All I wanted to do was try them out myself so I could decide. The older sales person only let me try two irons and kept asking if i was ready to make a decision. These irons cost $1000 i wanted to try more out to make a decision. Even asking to try the second irons he was extremely rude and wanted me out. When i asked to try more irons he said there were other people waiting when there were at least 3 other bays open and the store wasn't busy at all. He clearly just wanted me out the store. I'll never shop at a golf galaxy . I'll intentionally take my money somewhere else. Anyone who's looking to try clubs to make a decision on them I'd avoid this specific store.

Now that I have been attempting to improve my game after 30 years lol, I have booked multiple golf lessons with PGA Professional Matt McAdams. He has been great from the first lesson on, analyzing my swing mechanics and fundamentals (from club drawback, ball contact follow through weight transfer. Matt has great (informative) feedback through his own observations backed up with video feedback from the Trackman System. My game is still work in progress but Matt is just the type of instructor to help me get to the next step of improvement of my game! I highly recommend him to golfers at all levels of the game!

Bill is a horrible manager and needs time management training. I had an appointment at 5 which I arrived to early, he addressed me right before 5 and said he would be right back. He returned 10+ minutes later, however ignored me and went straight to cutting down someone's putter. When addressed about the issue he said he was short staffed when I saw multiple employees, which he said he was the only key holder. I'm not sure how my appointment which was planned days ago is seconded by a walk in. If you were giving me the fitting I scheduled, he would have had to wait to cut the club. I did not get the fitting, when confronted he seemed like he didn't care. I wouldn't shop here or get a fitting from Bill as your time doesn't matter to him

Wanted to try some different shaft options for a hybrid before making a purchase. Staff was not particularly friendly but very helpful. They swapped in four different shafts onto the demo head and let me hit ~50 balls in the sim to look at launch, ball speed, etc. Excellent experience overall.

Great group of employees. Always very friendly and courteous. Club work prices are very fair, and their selection across the board is excellent.

Stopped by to hit a couple different irons. Starting the process to buy new clubs. Was told all bays filled with people playing indoor golf. Guess they would rent out bays instead of selling clubs.

Had a driver fitting with I think it was Cameron today in Framingham store very good and honest didn’t try to over sell. Go see him you won’t be disappointed..

Had a 3 wood that was a warranty replacement but it came with a regular flex shaft and they were cool enough to do a straight swap to a stiffer shafted version after a fitting on their launch monitor. Easily could have been a ‘sorry you didn’t buy this here can’t help you story’ but that wasn’t the case. I will be back for future purchases.

Bought a range finder. Got home opened up to charge. No adapter, no charger, screen scratched. Obviously used repackaged. Wasted 4 hrs of time back and forth to store. Salesman not helpful. Find another place to get your golf gear.

Service was quick and friendly. Only took about 5 minutes and came out great! They even brought my club out to me while I was browsing the shoes instead of having me walk back to get it.
