Bought a range finder. Got home opened up to charge. No adapter, no charger, screen scratched. Obviously used repackaged. Wasted 4 hrs of time back and forth to store. Salesman not helpful. Find another place to get your golf gear.

Service was quick and friendly. Only took about 5 minutes and came out great! They even brought my club out to me while I was browsing the shoes instead of having me walk back to get it.

I stopped by yesterday with a thought of what club I wanted. Given the cost of golf clubs, it's not a purchase I take lightly. They easily could have brushed me off or rushed me out like their competitors down the street. Instead they were patient, helpful, and overly accommodating. This experience has made me switch preferences to this store over their local competitor. And I walked out with a new driver.

Went to try new clubs. After a few min the guy said I should get lessons before buying a club bc he would feel like he was stealing from me. Total a-hole do NOT go there if u want to try clubs they’ll just try and sell u there golf lessons

Went to this store for an unusual purchase of a large amount of golf umbrellas of a specific type. There were none on the floor and I was about to leave when James, the associate, offered to check the back in case and to my luck they had 8 of what I was looking for. He could have simply let me leave but he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Hard to find this kind of top quality service sometimes! Bravo!

Got my clubs (11) regripped, new shaft on my 8 iron. The man I talked with the day before was very helpful. The person doing the actual work seemed pleasant enough or this would have been a 1 star. So after spending almost $200 for that, also bought 2 gloves and a hat, I wanted to try my new grips and after 10 minutes, one guy stopped and said we can rent out the bay for 30 minutes. It’s wasn’t busy. Same person seemed to be put out regarding which is the best grip for me when I brought my clubs in. I won’t be going back.

Took my 13 year old to get a set of irons. The guy took us to the kids section (all sets for 45” tall and below). He didn’t know anything about clubs and didn’t know if there were any clubs there that would fit someone 5’ 1” tall. I was ready to drop several hundred dollars on a set of irons but there weren’t any salespeople there competent enough to even show us one suitable set. The golf store across the street was very helpful.

Wanted to try out some hybrids before buying. Empty store, plenty of open bays, asked guy working to set me up and on way to open bay he stopped to chastise people taking too many swings then finally went to another bay with a guy in it (bypassing open one) and started quarrying him on how many swings he’d taken and after five minutes of being ignored in the empty store I left and I am now a n the parking lot across the street at the PGA store…

Went to have a couple clubs repaired (reshafted) and had the pleasure of working with Brian. Firstly, my 2i shaft was bent at the hosel/ferrule and needed to be replaced. I had a shaft in mind through my own research/prior fitting and Golf Galaxy unfortunately did not carry it. Luckily, Brian and his team searched high and low for a comparable shaft that would meet my needs and they successfully found one!Second club was a 4i that had a similar problem as my 2i, except this time the stock shaft needing replacement was backordered. Brian took my order and would keep me posted on its arrival and repair timeline. Brian's communication and customer service was top notch and made me feel like I was in good hands.Overall, Brian and the whole Golf Galaxy staff are extremely customer oriented and are there to answer any questions/concerns you may have. Golf isn't a cheap sport and by no means do you wan to spend senseless amounts of money, so I recommend this location to help you keep your costs and scores low!

Went to get 4 clubs re gripped. PGA Superstore said they would need 24 hours to get them done. Matt was able to get them done in 10 minutes.Pat was very helpful finding me for a new driver with valuable insight from Brian. Will continue to go back and see them.

I had a great driver fitting and came out with an Epic max ls. Tom was great and the staff is always more than friendly and helpful. Obviously the two people who left bad reviews on the same day because of a heating system failure don't understand how heating systems work. Really silly to leave a bad review over something that cannot always be fixed immediately.

I walked in and was met with the bone-chilling cold that enveloped me as soon as I walked in to the store. A company that clearly lacks the empathy and humanity too keep their employees in a sufficient and safe environment can never obtain my business. It’s a true reflection of their careless management.

Came in today looking for golf shoes and everyone was just so courteous and polite helping me and my husband find what we were looking for finding spikes for the bottoms and some clothea as well good comfortable environment definitely plan on coming back

I came into the store today and had to leave due to how cold it was. The heat was clearly not working. I noticed the employees had to wear jackets due to the freezing temperatures and I don’t blame them. Corporate clearly doesn’t care about their employees.
