My experience at the Metrowest Acura service department was very positive from the time I dropped my RDX off to the time I picked it up. I was kept in touch via phone calls and texts and I received detailed information on what was needed to be done and when some other maintenance items would be needed in the future. They did a great job!

I initially visited another Acura dealership before coming to Metrowest and was quite disappointed with the service I received there. Based on the excellent incentives I saw at Metrowest, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of, David ensured the entire process was smooth, listened attentively to my preferences, and quickly secured the deal without unnecessary back-and-forth. I had an issue with warning lights so I swung by the dealership and they were able to get my vehicle in and do a diagnostic evaluation on the car. It turned out to be the cars (2019) originally battery had low voltage. They were able to switch out the battery and do some other routine maintenance that was due. Very efficient and easy to work with. I will definitely bring the car back here if it needs any other maintenance/work.

Korab and Dorian made the process of leasing a new Acura quick and easy. I was at the end of my current lease and reached via online text to ask for a new quote. Korab and Dorian quickly responded and got me the lowest monthly payment they could, all over text. Took about 15 minutes when at the dealer to sign the paperwork for the deal to close. Would definitely recommend their service. MetroAcura’s service center is also awesome and makes servicing as easy as dropping off the car and picking it up. No issues in between.
