Online it shows open but it’s close on Saturday and it’s 3:00pm I walked 5 miles to the office and I have to walk back when I called they there was only one person scheduled and he didn’t show up

I usually don’t leave reviews unless they’re positive. But I’d like to share this experience. I’ve been filing my taxes with H&R Block every year in other location and have always been satisfied, except for this year when I had a very bad experience with Sumathi in this location. She was very slow, and it was clear that she wasn’t fully knowledgeable about tax filing. She asked me to bring an additional document and told me it would take a few minutes to close my record after seeing it. I asked if I could come back without an appointment, and she said yes.
I went home, got the documents, and returned. After waiting for a while, she came out, took someone else in, and told me to come back another day or drop off my documents! How can I leave my sensetive documents?! When I explained that I had taken the day off to complete my taxes, she responded rudely: “You’re making me to do your work so let’s do it for you,” and then told the other customer she had taken in, “I’ll be back in 5 minutes, and I’ll give you a good discount.”and after, claimed she didn’t see the document she had requested. She then told me to either finish my business quickly without seeing that document or leave without completing my tax filing.
This experience was highly unprofessional, and I absolutely do not recommend working with her. I’d rather commute 30 minutes to work with the person I always file my taxes with.

The staffs in this location are so friendly and welcoming even it's busy time for tax prep. Front desk helped me go through the whole process to get fastest available tax prep pro. She's very helpful. Binling Chen provided a warm welcome and professional tax preparation process. I never know H&R is a place for tax preparation over a decade life in America. I always go to China town. Now I know you guys have Chinese service. I am so appreciate you guys providing multiple languages service here. Amazing and wonderful experience with Binling Chen. They makes the tax prep so much easier!

Last November, I asked HR Block to do the last year of taxes for my stepson who had passed away. It was a simple tax return. He has always used HR Block, so I figured they had his previous returns to use as a guide.After sending all the information and documents, several calls, emails, and complaints to corporate, THEY STILL HAVEN'T DONE THIS RETURN!On top of losing a family member, we’ve had to deal with such incompetence! Don’t use this group. They are awful!
