I was just here with my fiance trying to find a suit for our wedding. We were the only two people in the store and we were asked to wait... Which we did... For a long time while the worker made a personal phone call.We felt ignored and left very dissatisfied with the customer service.

I should have looked at the reviews. I always thought this was a quality menswear store. All of the items they have on sale are poorly made, like what you see in discount department stores. I did select a quality suit (not on sale of course) but was shocked when they rung it up with $140 in alterations. Then when I went to pick up the suit, they had tightened the jacket rather than loosening the fit and the pants legs were not even close to the same length. Horrible experience.

This is a two part review. Please read.Part1- went there to buy a suit, I’ve liked the brand for sometime and have another suit from them with that being said. Oh my god! First I called the store and spoke with Mike, he mumbled on the phone and put me on hold and never came back. I then went to the store, I was in the store for 2 hours in 20 minutes, nobody came to help me and were two of them Mike and some other older guy, not even “Hey Sir. We will be right there with you in just a moment”, they had two customers there not busy at all. Then finally one came, Mike, wasn’t really helpful. I almost turned around and went to somewhere else.While at the check out Mike then, Omg lol, guy walks away on me to “quickly” help another person and 25 minutes later the guy came back. I spent $500 there!!!!Terrible customer service there!Part 2- I on a different date went there and was helped by Jamie, she was excellent!!!I came back there again to finally make my purchases, Jamie was the one to help me, she fit me fantastic into a suit, measured it to get tailored and came back perfect!She was knowledgeable about the whole thing, kind, helpful and went above and beyond!The suit it nice, love it!If you are shopping here, just make sure you go there during the day time and ask for Jamie. You will not regret!(This would have been a five star review if wasn’t for the terrible employees)

Joe from the Framingham location was awesome!! Kept us below expected budget, hemmed on the spot and out the door!!!The place was busy, who knew. Thankfully we had an appointment.Great experience!

Didn’t find what I was looking for but my salesperson Cole; was fast, helpful and did his best. The rest of the staff were also very cheerful and nice.

The worst experience I have had in a retail store in my 40 years on this earth. I am getting married and started the tux rental process back in May. Multiple times they messed up the groomsman info and I got horrible feedback from everyone who went in for fittings.I decided to have a custom suit made, got sized and was told to come back in 3 weeks for a final tailoring. Went in, had it tailored and was told to come back a week later to pick it up. Came back and they told me they had LOST my suit. I later found out that they shipped it to a convention in Texas.My wedding was in a month at that point, my fiance was flipping out, then they tell me they would start making me a new one that would be ready in 3 weeks which was a week before my wedding. I get a call 5 days later saying they found the suit, come in and get it, its ready. I go in and none of the tailoring had been done. So I get re-measured because they lost the original measurements that were taken, and the gentleman was very apologetic, swears up and down that they wouldn't lose the suit and that I would be their first priority and it would be ready in a week.I come back with my fiance a week later and the suit had never been touched, still had white chalk marks all over it, and looked horrible when I put it on. Now I have 5 days to find a suit for my wedding and get it tailored, all from a process that started back in May, and it is nearly August.The staff was apologetic and I was told I would get a full refund for $475, with nothing else to remedy the hell that they put us through. I receive a voicemail 1 hour later saying that it would only be $300 because of discounts applied.I have never dealt with this level of incompetence in my life and pray that anyone that sees this review that is thinking of using Joseph A Bank to fit out their wedding will run from this store.Edit: I spoke with the manager and there was not an ounce of remorse for what he has put us through. My fiancé has been in tears multiple times and his response was “we do our best”. Not a sorry, not an offer of a discount for pain and suffering, and after his salesperson told me I was getting a 475$ refund when I left the store, I got a voicemail saying it would be $300, he said it was because of a discount and too bad. I was truly amazed at the response and needless to say, that is hopefully the last time I step foot in the store.

I used Joseph A Bank Framingham/Natick to purchase suits for my wedding party. Unfortunately, a few of our party members ordered the wrong suits and shirts using our group code. Joe and Jamie, both managers at this location, were extremely helpful in correcting these mistakes. I cannot speak highly enough of Joe and Jamie. They were very attentive and made sure to correct all of the mistakes that were originally made. They both gave me multiple calls throughout the week to give me updates and let me know when my suit was available for alterations/pickup. I recommend this Joseph A Bank location but please make sure to ask for Joe or Jamie!

This place sucks! This already happened to me twice, where they told me they’re “understaffed” and I came in looking for a simple fitting, as well I already knew what I wanted. About an hour wasted sitting there waiting for help! Mike kept apologizing for the wait but then said he’ll be “right with me” but kept helping others, as well as literal walk-ins, standing around doing nothing at the registers. As well to the other person that was working there, really rude and inconsiderate. Please, avoid this place and spend your money somewhere else.

I worked with Elias, and he is one of the kindest, most understanding, and patient employees working anywhere that I've shopped in recent years. His customer service, in my experience, is the best I've ever had at a high-end clothing store.I hope he gets a raise!

Would rate a negative 5 is possible. Terrible customer service. Insulting. Rude. Arrogant. The employees walk by us while we waited for a long time with no offer to help. When we got upset over lack of service, the sales associate Jamie got into a huff, refused to help us and later walked out of the store saying rude comments by our name while on the way out. Incredibly unprofessional. We have spent thousands of dollars buying clothing at this Jose A Bank buying custom suits, shirts and other merchandise. NEVER been treated so badly. Never returning. The arrogance of these and other employees at this shop is unbelievable. The owner should be mindful of who they hire. Employees like these undermine all the hard work the past employees with excellent customer service have provided. Extremely disappointed.

They sent me the wrong order twice and cancelled my order twice without informing me. Then customer service got mad at me for asking about my order status. Highly recommend not shopping here.

Really wish I read these reviews before coming in. I came here to order a custom suit. I was planning on buying two suits, but luckily, I decided I should order one to make sure I liked the finished product. Thank God I didn't order two, or I would be even more disappointed. I arrived at 345pm for my 4pm sizing appointment. I wasn't even acknowledged or spoken to from any staff until 445pm even though I staff member sitting around doing nothing. I finally started my fitting, which took 2h30m or even a little longer. The gentleman I had went off on a tangent about public speaking, and he teaches public speaking (Toast office seminars) or something like that and kept rambling. While being measured and choosing fabrics, he kept having issues using the ipad and had to walk away and call tech support. This happened about 7 or 8 times, hense why the fitting took so long. I finally finished my fitting and left the store a little before 7pm. My suit was ready for the test fitting in just over 2 weeks , so I was extremely happy about but then while test fitting one sleeve was longer then the other and the jacket was way too tight I looked like Chris Farley in David spades jacket! They sent the suit back out for alterations. Now I have the final product, and it doesn't look much better than a suit I could've bought off the rack except for the custom embellishments I asked for i.e. liner, name, double vent. I'm very displeased with my purchase and wouldn't recommend Jo's A bank for a custom suit. They did have my suit ready faster then expected, so I gave them a star for that.

We went there today to get a pullover exchanged. I had bought this as a birthday present for my husband. He took it out yesterday to wear and noticed it had a damage/nick we didn’t notice while purchasing. I was surprised today by the behavior of staff!! No one offered to help and were just plain rude. There was an old man at the reception and a lady who was so rude. Our mistake, we removed the tag. But her behavior was just unprofessional. She didn’t even bother to check the customer details and date when we purchased it. My husband did not like her unnecessary attitude and he left the pullover there as anyway he won’t be able to wear it. I have been to other JosAbank branches before where they were very kind and even offer to repair if possible. But she just showed us attitude and asked if I should triage it and we said yes and left from there.
