During my visit, they identified a legitimate safety issue and provided a clear estimate for parts and labor. To verify their assessment, I sought a second opinion elsewhere and received the same conclusion. Lastly, when I priced the parts independently (e.g., RockAuto), I found JW’s pricing comparable.
This combination of reliable diagnosis, fair pricing, and professional consistency demonstrate they are a business built on trust. Based on this visit, I feel confident recommending them to neighbors who value sound judgment and professionalism.

Not only do they have really good pricing but do very good quality work and do it very fast too. Too bad im moving away to Florida wasted alot of money on bad shops before I found them. Roman was very helpful and sent me a video of all the things That needed to be fix before starting

Brought our car in after they installed Remote Start which was a Christmas gift from a good friend, because the car was having trouble starting. They were supposed to check if the remote start system was causing that. They told us they were checking over the car and running test. Before updating us that it was not the remote start, they proceeded to run more tests and find the problem and fix it before consulting us. They charged us 8 hours of "discounted" diagnostic work equaling $500 to change a relay which only costs $40. They did not approach us before beginning work or before charging hourly diagnostics fee. When I asked for what part they changed and for the part number I was demanded I pay the invoice before I could know that information. When I asked why they didn't advice us the steps they were taking or for consultation us about the hourly diagnostics fee their employee Ramon was extremely rude and exclaimed it was "common sense". After asking these questions about why Ramon didn't communicate with us before proceeding with his diagnosis he became very annoyed and demanded he was going to take off the remote start. So now we are getting our car back without a remote start. Ramon was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

This place is my go to for any automotive problem. Ramon is always available when I call him to answer a question or to help me diagnose a problem. I have had them do every type of job you can imagine from a complete engine replacement to a simple lightbulb change and every single time and it’s done well and quickly. I continue to send them business from my family and friends, and they never disappoint. Ramon and Wilbur will continue to receive my business and anyone else I can refer them because I know it’s going to be done and done, right.
