No staff. Went to return mail ordered merchandise. After waiting in line for 12 minutes the manager came over to help with a complicated transaction. Once done she walked away without addressing the seven other people in line. After another 10 minutes the clerk called her back over again and then the customers had to beg the manager to send help with the growing line. I had Kohl’s merchandise but if you are returning Amazon stuff go elsewhere! This reminded me why I shop on line in the first place.

Really nice store with a great selection of items.
Has a large selection of squishmallows and other toys, including some that are hard to find at other locations.
Some items are overpriced for what you can get, such as a $300 dinosaur plush with a Christmas hat. It was at least 4 ft tall, but it still is a high price point.

While I was in the women’s lingerie department I was approached by Dee, the saleswoman, she asked if I needed help. I did and she stayed with me until my needs were met. She was very helpful.

Kohl's is one of my favorite places to shop. Plenty of parking,
easy to get around in the store, good items to choose from,
good coupons and check out friendly and easy.
