Very long wait time for parts to come in. Very long wait time once parts came in to make an appointment. Was never called to find out that the parts were in - I had to call. Was never called when the service was completed - I had to call.

Just bought a vehicle at Lev Kia of Framingham. Josh, our sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. No pressure. Paperwork was easy to complete. Dealership was flexible when I asked to take delivery sooner than originally sought.

My wife purchased a new 2024 Kia Telluride from Kia Framingham in January 2024. I was present for the transaction and felt their sales team was high-pressure. They were unwilling to negotiate the sticker price, stating they weren’t motivated to discount a vehicle they knew would sell quickly. They then attempted to pitch me on getting a new Kia as well.
The real frustration lies with their service follow-up. The exterior trim on both rear doors fell off in the Fall of 2024. My wife has been politely calling for a remedy since the issue was first reported, meaning this basic, warranty-covered defect has been unresolved for well over a year. The dealership staff offers apologies but has repeatedly failed to provide a concrete remedy or schedule the necessary repair. This level of inaction on a quality issue for a brand-new vehicle is disappointing.

Let me start by saying this dealership is fantastic. I had the best car shopping and purchasing experience than any other dealership. Josh is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Highly reccomend him. All the staff has been great. (Peter in finance, great too) all in all, seemless process. Highly recommend Lev Kia of Framingham.

Excellent experience buying a preowned Kia from Lev Kia Framingham. Ken was knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the process. The dealership was not pushy, and gave us a more than fair trade on our used car. After having shopped and bought from several other dealerships in MA and NH over the years, I can say the vibe and overall buying experience was much better at Lev. Highly recommended.

Lev Kia of framingham had the best overall dealer experience I’ve ever had with extremely knowledgeable and helpful sales throughout, including the signing and delivery of the car.
Josh is the BEST sales person Iv’e encountered through my 16 new car purchase experiences that I have had through the years.

Had an engine replaced by them, not even after 20k miles put on new engine. That engine cracked… I notified Kia and they said it’s out of warranty… so they sold me a broken engine then proceeded to blame it on oil changes… when I addressed the managers he said that’s not his problem… I am now stuck getting my car reposessed because I still owe 7k for a car that’s gone through two engines… I wouldn’t in a million years recommend this place to anyone… it’s a joke

Highly recommend asking for Angel as the salesperson to help you find a vehicle. He was so kind, knowledgeable and asked some good questions about what I care/need most in the vehicle, no pressure at all and really just seemed to care that you are getting what you want and you'll be happy with your decision.
