We’ve been using Shauna’s services for about 5-6 years now and couldn’t be happier. She’s been extremely helpful in providing guidance on food/treats/supplements and overall care of our cats. She’s also educated us on how to keep our cats safe. For example, she provided instruction on how to properly fit their collars and what to put on their IDs, in case they escaped. As well as putting up emergency clings at the doorways, if there was ever a fire. Much of the services Shauna has provided has been remote via phone and email, so we never had to meet in person.

Shauna was great with our Yorkie. She was reliable, friendly, and truly invested with helping us train our pup!

We have been so pleased with Shauna's care of our 9-month old dog. She has been flexible with our family's needs by taking our pup on training walks during the day while we are working from home. Our dog absolutely adores her and looks forward to each one of her visits. She is fastidious with regards to his safety. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Shauna was a GREAT help to me and my cat, Blue! I contacted Shauna regarding my elderly cat who was recently diagnosed with thyroid disease and having some behavioral issues, like pooping outside of the litter box. Since we couldn't meet in person, she helped me remotely by phone. Not only is it obvious how much she cares for animals, she had a very good understanding of both emotional and physical illnesses in cats and was able to offer me effective advise regarding daily routines, diet, supplements, food/litter location etc. She also educated me on the importance of having my indoor-only cat wear a collar w/tag at all times. She brought awareness to me of the dangers our pets face if the unexpected happens - i.e. house fire, lost etc. I am so grateful for Shauna and highly recommend her!

I am writing a review of the woman who runs 'Little Critters Training and Care' given she helped me a lot with my two cat's. She gave me solid advice when introducing my new kitty to the original kitty, who was not at all happy about the new arrival. Her recommendation of letting them have their own space (safe and secure). Letting the original cat (Anastasia) get used to the other cat (Mirana) over time. Keeping litter box in separate room (or hallway) than were she sleeps or eats and allowing them to have their separate eating areas....she had so many good suggestions and they worked like a dream. They are doing so much better and I am so grateful for the help....because in the end, we don't know what we don't know and sometimes we just need some solid advice to solve what might look like an impossible situation.

Shauna is the reason my 17 year old cat is alive and with me today. A few months ago she was starving to death even though she appeared to be eating. Shauna got her to eat solid food, interfaced with emergency and holistic vet care and helped me see deeper into all aspects of my kitty’s being. When vets suspected my kitty of cancer, Shauna gave her homeopathy for depression and turned her around. She leaves no stone of pet care unturned. She researches everything, and has raised my consciousness about the animal mind, body and soul. She is my pet whisperer and guru. I feel very blessed to have her in my family.

An excellent trainer. Shauna has set skills that will help to adjust any behavior and need of your pet. She is carefully evaluating the situation of your pet, and only then suggesting a plan that will truly work. However, the most special about her is that she does help with love and this cannot be compared with anything in the market.

Shauna is a knowledgeable and dedicated dog trainer. She has expertise in canine home safety and is excellent with new puppy owners. Shauna has helped us with our dog for the past year, during which time we also had an terminally ill senior dog. Shauna’s compassion and thoughtfulness during visits was incredible.

Worked for Shauna for about a year. She is the most knowledgeable and caring person when it comes to animals. Shauna puts your pets' needs over her own all the time. Best part time job I've had as well.

My husband and I have been working with Shauna for almost a year now. She currently takes care of our pup Roxie on the days she's not at doggie day care, and she developed and delivered a training plan for us last year which was very helpful. Shauna is very responsible, responsive and caring. You can tell she cares deeply about all of the animals in her care. She's a wonderful resource if you are interested in natural care- she's very passionate about more holistic methods. We feel very fortunate to have found Shauna and would recommend her for anyone looking for training, pet care, and new pet consultations.

Little Critters is super! Shauna understands pet behavior problems and comes up with clear approaches to solving them. She is helping me to pick out the right dog for our family, and her advice is solid. She has lots of information that she shares freely. I trust her and recommend her.
