The employees who work at the pro desk are very ignorant and the customer service are also super ignorant, they don't like to help customers on the phone or transfer the call to the department you want to speak to. If you are not satisfied with your job, look for another one

Edit: I won't be calling because in your response you didn't even have the courage to talk about the real issue I experienced. Say it with your whole chest and apologize for the sexism I encountered! As a matter of fact the response caused me to lower my review.
Some of the men have not been trained out of their sexism when it comes to women using tools.
I was extremely nice when telling the man at the top of the aisle that I had already been helped he still followed me down the aisle and watched me so much another man in the aisle turned to see what he was looking at and stayed there to make sure I was okay.
When I turned to acknowledge it directly the Lowe's worker was laughing at me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I still didn't need his help and was being distracted by people staring at me laughing.
No apology. No acknowledgement he made me uncomfortable.

At Lowe’s in Framingham - I had the best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time. The guys name was Mike I think - he’s the expert in lighting. Not only did he help me solve me problem with my light by suggesting an Amazing solution. When I was checking out he noticed I had done thing heavy - he took it from me and got me a cart and put the bag in the cart. Mike is an awesome employeee
Friendly helpful modest - made my day !

Just purchased a piece of glass for picture frame. They have a cutting station to cut to size. Will was very thorough in the way he took measurements and rechecking his work. He was also very friendly and helpful. There were couple of other people that helped me today and both were also friendly and helpful. I am always cheering for Lowe’s as Home Depot needs competition. With this type of service, there is no reason why non-trades person should go to Home Depot over Lowe’s. (Price and availability is very similar.)

I had a great shopping experience at Lowe’s! The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed, and the variety of products is excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me with my questions and ensure I found the right items. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming and professional, which made my visit even better. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely return for future home improvement needs. Highly recommend!

I was very disappointed when one of the staffs came up to me when I was browsing through the plant section. I wanted to take a better look at the plants cause all of them were not well taken care of. However the staff came and mocked at me for looking too long at the plants. Very disappointing.

Katie ( assistant manager at Framing ham Lowe’s ) was amazing helping me with a LEMON, Refrigerator ( Fridgadaire) that hadn’t worked since its delivery and three authorized factory repairman visits later and $500 groceries that had to be thrown out because it’s simply and , clearly NOT working and is useless !!
We’re awaiting a 4th visit from an appliance specialist and hopefully the RA# to warrant a replacement refrigerator asap!!
Thanks to Katie’s excellent people skills and professionalism to help this desperate customer with two severely disabled children, get a functioning refrigerator that doesn’t make their food go bad🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
