Good prices awesome staff great experience good finds and sale items, well organized store and excellent service. Best store in Framingham!!!! I am giving this store 5 stars because few days ago the manager Luz or luzi or lussi I am not sure for the name provided to me and my son excellent customer service with a smile on her face.

Extremely Poor Customer Service from Manager Luz Arias
I recently had the misfortune of interacting with Luz Arias, the store manager at Marshalls in Framingham. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth.
Not only was she extremely rude, but she also spoke to me in a condescending tone, ordering me around like I was an employee. When I tried to return an item, she flat out refused, stating that she wouldn't provide a reason and told me to call and complain if I didn't like it.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially by someone in a management position. Luz Arias fell far short of these expectations, and I would not recommend shopping at this location as long as she is in charge.
