I trusted this dealership and bought a car that was supposed to be in good condition. What they actually sold me was a vehicle with a flat tire and a weak battery — and they never mentioned any of that before taking my payment.
When I reached out for help, instead of taking responsibility, they simply said it was “not their problem” and told me to deal with customer service. It’s now been over three weeks of unanswered messages and zero accountability.
It’s heartbreaking that a company can take someone’s money and completely disappear when problems appear. I didn’t expect perfection — I expected basic honesty.
Now I’m left with no choice but to contact a lawyer and share my experience publicly so other customers don’t go through the same disrespect. Maybe then, they’ll start caring about people — not just profits.

Twice that I was at the fazza I saw 3 people fighting for their rights there, I wasn't the only one who was left behind. They are great and attentive when they are selling the product.
I was promised countless things and my car was missing even the rear view mirror part as well as other things too. Once they get their hands on the money, they really cut ties with the customer.
Brazilian wanting to earn money based on the sweat of their own people.
So sad, I hope God can do his justice.

Don’t ever buy a car there, it’s a waste of time. They say something and don’t do things right. Bad people, bad place. They’re not professionals, they just want to make money and take your money. So before you go there, do a research first.
