Conversed with the office for about 10 mins and received 0 information on a price estimate, it seems like it is their policy never to give price estimates. Not a good indicator of honesty or knowledge.

This place is amazing, family run business and it truly shows. All around good people. Very honest and fair I highly recommend them. I definitely feel like I'm part of something..a family when I bring my cars here, outstanding customer service and fast!

Complete dissatisfied with the service here.
Received a car inspection and when they placed the sticker on the non-reflective tint windshield, they did not listen to our instructions and provided poor care to our vehicle.
Prior to application my husband advised them twice about placing the sticker on the static film he proactively provided, as the prior shop last year did for us, instead of direct on the tint, which they acknowledged and dismissed him...only for them to still place it on the tint...and it tapered at the edges because they did not apply it correctly. It does not look clean, is already peeling off, and when we take it off it will strip the tint. I've never had this issue with a shop before.

Everytime I come here Jr takes care of me I’ve never had my car stay longer than an afternoon for regular maintenance brakes, oil changes or even check ups. They don’t charge you an arm an leg either I will always recommend them 100% best in Framingham!

I’ve came here recently 2 times once for all brake and rotors, second for engine and transmission fluid change, and both times my car was ready same day also didn’t charge me an arm and a leg great service all around I definitely recommend them and will definitely continue coming back.
