Had to go to Metro PCS because on December 11,2023My LG phone was disabled by carrier after auto pay $60 Unlimited Plans for phone & Internet.. went to where I purchased last 3 phones since 2017..all mysteriously had blackened screen but still functional working.. funny ain't it butt forkin da ham the same carrier three different phones of different manufacturers..all same place same difficulties no speak Portuguese me as they say dumb gringo..4th new phone $130 plus 60$ unlimited plans now $71+monthly....scam the old guy..................

The lady who owns this store is nothing short of a scalping thief. Instead of selling phones from the company at retail price, she gets them from the manufacturers themselves and sells them at a huge mark up! I went to buy a $1200 iPhone and they tried to charge me $1600! Good luck with your scalping! Avoid this store at all costs unless you want to overpay by a lot!

I went to DelMar store to get a MetroPCS phone. I've been lured away from your service twice. Never again.The young man who waited on me is clearly unhappy, either with his job, or having to wait on me. He told me where the free phones are. I saw a Moto phone I liked and told him. The label said it was $119, but free with new service. He worked for a while on his computer, then told me my total was $169. If the phone was free, what was added that cost all that money? When i challenged him, he asked me if I wanted (something). I couldn't understand what he was saying. He worked for a little while and said my new total was $129. It still seemed too high, but i was already tired of dealing with it.Halfway home, i realized.He didn't tell me the phone number, the security code, and the rate plan I was in. He didn't set up autopay, either. I had a family emergency, and left the phone issues until after.I called for support, a very nice and professional agent took care of al the issues for me. I was finally happy with everything except the charges i paid which cost more than the free phone. Then again, i will never switch away from MetroPCS, so i will never have to deal with this againMI b

I go to Metro by T-Mobile on Hollis Street in Framingham I have been put the last four years I have never once had an issue I don't have a contract on my phone I just pay by the month which is great I get a text message saying my bill is due within a week no paperwork I walk right in pay the bill and I'm all set it's an absolutely fantastic service a lot cheaper than Verizon and other competitors

Absolute worst metro pcs I have ever done business with. I go to this location because it is conveniently located near my place of employment. Every time I go to pay my bill it is a different amount depending on who is working. $52 a month unlimited flat rate, then they charge a $5 fee to pay your bill in store instead of online, which is understandable. But this location on top of that tries to charge $4 to swipe your card, nowhere else does this.. not only that but metro doesn't allow discovercard for payment online, but all of their stores accept it. It's true that you get what you pay for. btw if you have half a brain you'll see that mine is one of the Few ACTUALLY REAL REVIEWS

Amazing costumer service at this location! The staff go above and beyond to take care of you, Jhon and eddy both helped me with my purchases and later an exchange and it was all so seamless. I cannot say enough good things about them and the experience they provided on my visits. A+

John the young gentleman that helped me out to get me the charger that I need it for my phone did an awesome job he told me about the turbo boost which takes lot less time to charge than the regular charger I got two of them so that I would have a spare in case if anything happened. Very very nice people in there and they treat you with respect. Yes I would go back for anything else needed for my phone.

I had a wonderful experience when I walked in to this metro store to ckeck my current phone issue. The sale guy has full knowledge for the phone and fixed brightness setting right away. He assisted me to upgrade new iphone as well. I recommend to visit this store if you have any questions or concerns.

This was the BEST customer experience I have ever had!! John was incredibly helpful, helped me navigate the maze of plans and options and very clearly explained how to do everything with my new iPhone and battery charger.
