These people are soooo nice and helpful. Most times you can get your prescriptions without all the fuss of a big pharmacy. When you call them you can speak to a person! The only issue I've run into is that sometimes they don't have certain meds in stock, presumably because they're a smaller pharmacy, but it's not really an issue unless you need it ASAP.

What a wonderful pharmacy! So much better than all of the big chains. The pharmacist and all employees were very helpful. When you call them you get a REAL person and you are not placed on hold for an hour like most chains. I am so impressed with this establishment. I traveled almost an hour from my home to get here but it was well worth it and I plan to fill other prescriptions here. You can't beat an independently owned small business!!

I have been with MetroWest pharmacy for 5 years and I highly recommend them. They package and deliver my medications monthly and do an amazing job. Knowledgeable and friendly staff to solve all my issues related to medication.

Metro west was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to the moment my medication arrived. I had my doubts it would be delivered during a snowstorm but it arrived right on time, just as promised, despite 12” of snow. Thank you, MetroWest!

This pharmacy is great! They are personable and very accommodating. They also fill prescription really fast, check up on their customers, and even deliver prescriptions to your front door. I highly recommend them and am so glad I moved my prescriptions to them!

Of all the pharmacies I have used thus far, this one is the best! The phone support is always prompt and friendly and the delivery service is the same! I am so happy with their service and I will always go to them for my prescriptions. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

I was tol I had to pay $60 Each for 3, post surgery eye drops prescriptions—I called and said I was in fact handicapped- Oh she said we have them in a generic version for $15 each! - total rip off if I had said nothing -outrageous I am ripship - be Fore warned
