After swearing off the brands in box stores, which always seem to break down, I made the switch to Sebo. Picked up an X4 at Metrowest, which comes with a 10-year warranty. Only the best vacuums at this store, and I'm probably a Sebo guy for life now. Mike is very easy-going and will show you how things work.

I accidentally vacuumed up a thin cord to one of my electronic devices and it was wrapped many times. Mike was awesome and was able to get the cord out without having to cut it. Thanks so much!

I have used Metro West vacuum services for many years I have 2 vacuums...one is 21 yrs of which has had only 1 roller brush replaced and the other is 5 yrs old. Have had annual tuneups done on both yearly. Great customer service and so accommodating since retiring as I now travel 45 mins each way for the annual tuneups.
