This place is top tier for customer service, maintenance, and pricing. Mike, the owner, is patient and knowledgeable. His prices beat those online, and may come with warranty/service upgrades. We had an old vacuum serviced by him, and felt we had to get our next vacuum there based on that experience. Glad we did!

We had a bag clip and couldn't figure out how to put it in (we thought maybe we'd ordered the wrong type). Another vacumm repair shop wanted to charge $200 to figure it out. Metrowest Vacuum did it in 30 seconds and didn't charge us; the salesman was friendly and cheerful as well. Highly recommended.

My Miele control handle was malfunctioning. Mike had a rare replacement part on hand and spent an hour retrofitting it till it worked. My 15-year old Miele was reborn for just a few bucks.
