Alex and Elaine are amazing ! The only ones I trust in all of metro west area. Don’t even get me start on Alexa mom, she is the best for pedicures. Their prices are phenomenal also. I pay a total of 120$ for a full gel set with design and gel French pedicure.

They are professional and welcoming. In my experience with nail salons this one is excellent. I have been to other places but I always end up coming back. I highly recommend them. Thumbs up!

Got my nails done this morning. absolutely love them. thank you elaine for the best service and everytime i come here my nails are always done right 💅 Making me feel extra confident and happy!! Plus the pricing is reasonable for what they provide i will forever be coming back!!

Im not one to write reviews but …ABSOLUTELY NIGHTMARISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If could rate this place lower than 1 star I absolutely would.
My mother had made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure right after for 3:45pm . She had texted to confirm the appointment of the manicure directly with the nail tech and was told he’d be able to fit her in immediately after she was done with her pedicure. My mom called the salon confirm as well as to ask if they could fit in me ( her son) for a pedicure and they said yes. When I arrived my mother was already seated about to wrap up her pedicure. ( The pedicurist was incredibly nice btw ) After my mom was finished and I sat down, the manicurist ( Tiger) was finishing up with another girl and my mom waited for him to do so by my side. Once he was finished with that girl, instead of seating my mother as was the original plan for the appointment… he instead sat another girl down. My mother confronted him and he was very hostile towards her telling her she was confused and that her appointment was “ whenever he finished his clients after my moms pedicure” he was incredibly rude and had smug Attitude my mom informed the owner and showed her screenshots and the owner replied with ‘ what to do you want me to do?’ My mom then asked for someone else to do her nails instead which another nail artist volunteered to do so. As the service went on with this other nail tech , tiger once again confronted my mom insulting her and saying she was confused and didn’t know what she was talking about, the owner also joined the conversation and while my mother attempted to explain her self the owner walked away saying’ Im not going to bother talking to someone who doesn’t listen’ .
My mother was mortified and broke out into tears and just paid and left without finishing her nails.
This establishments treatment of clients is absolutely disgusting especially considering my mother is a recurring client.
Do not come here unless you are willing to be humiliated and degraded with along side your service.
Tiger shame on you for your lack of professionalism.

Brought my sister in law to do her nails for prom, other than the fact that there was little kids around hitting me I would say it’s a nice salon. There’s a parking lot behind the building and the tech that did her nails was phenomenal.

I was really disappointed. I loved this place because they really do nice nails but I recently moved to Stoneham but regardless I chose to still drive 30 miles to come back to them and they were so rude this lady was literally talking to me as though she's talking to a dog. I really got so emotional thinking of how far I drove just to come in here and get disrespected and embarrassed.
