Did an Inventory audit for my side gig job at this store on 8/12. I wish the kids department was a little bigger but the store is clean, well organized and the staff are great. If you're looking for shoes, especially for kids, this is where it's at.

I’ve been a longtime customer. This is the second time I’ve gone into your store with a small purchase this week and you don’t have any bags. You don’t have any bags for smaller purchases really? And it’s pouring rain, so I’m walking out of your store with my purchase without it being protected. And the woman that waited on me at the counter could’ve cared less in fact when I went to give her my phone number as a Nordstrom member, she said never mind because my purchase wasn’t big enough for her to even bother with it! So disappointed for the second time in Natick customer service. I realize it’s hard. I’m in customer service but politeness is everything to get me to return or anyone to return., a bag would be nice in the pouring rain. Just an acknowledgment that I’m a human being

Some Nordstrom Racks are better than others, this is a GREAT location. Great denim selection & had a wealth of some of my favorite brands (Ralph Lauren, J. Crew, 7 For All Mankind). Mirela in the dressing room area was SO kind and helpful. Excited to be back in the area to shop here again.

I went there not shopping for myself and ended up buying a few pairs of jeans for myself. The store is wallet friendly, and it offers a wide selection of clothes for all genders and sizes.

Nordstrom Rack in Framingham is a hidden gem for amazing deals on designer clothing and accessories! They have a fantastic selection of designer brands at unbeatable prices, making it easy to find stylish pieces without breaking the bank.
The store is organized, and most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Whether you’re looking for shoes, accessories, or wardrobe essentials, there’s always something great on sale. Highly recommend for bargain hunters and fashion lovers alike!

Avoid shopping at this store, absolutely horrible customer service. My wife tried to return some makeup that she was dissatisfied with and they refused to take it back because it was opened (any other normal store like Sephora/CVS would accept it no problem). When we tried to dispute the credit card transaction, instead of trying to make the customer happy, Nordstrom chose to fight with the credit card company and charge us for the full amount again. Wish I could give this business 0 stars.

Don't shop make up or skin care at Nordstrom rack. You cannot return it. I did try to return a primer I purchased last week with a full price not a final sale. The manager there said I did use it I can't return. So ok. I am not going back there for any items!
