I just bought a second Toyota highlander and love it. My last one was bought about 7-8 years ago and I just decided to get another one. Everyone was very helpful and it was a great experience. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Sold me a car with a blown head gasket, they told me I was on my own and weren't of any help to resolve it since it did not fall under lemon law, it's sad they don't care about there customers or the cars they sell

Just had a good experience buying my new car. I'm not keen on the process of haggling deals. O'Connell Motors apparently isn't either. All the cars were priced to sell and nice guys to deal with. I needed some advice on registering it and they were knowledgeable on that as well. Overall positive experience.

Paid over 7k for a Honda Civic even though I found the car for cheaper at many other places after the fact but this was because they wouldn’t lower the price because of all the “new pieces” they put on, but instead of fixing my terminals they put tinfoil to fill the gaps. Just 2 months with the car and major stuff is going wrong already. The warranty was only a month and I called asking if hopefully they’ll fix the car for free or less of charge if I bring the part. Nope they did not. Completely regret going to them to buy my car should’ve know better. Don’t let these reviews fool you because they sure fooled me.

Family owned, honest business. They are a no haggle, quality car dealership who stand behind their vehicles and warranty. The customer feels welcome and heard. Keep an eye on their website and go by to see what you like. After you buy, Brian, Jack or Ed are professional and friendly to help out with questions you have that are car related. A good old fashioned small business that has been there a long time for a reason. Nice to know they're still out there.

Horrendous! This place goes out of their way to tell you what an upfront and honest company they are. I was looking for a very specific ES300 that they had. I emailed Saturday, called Sunday and was told they had four other people ahead of me interested. Got a call Tuesday night saying the car was available. Called them first thing Wednesday morning and spoke to Brian to review details of the car. He described two issues which he indicated were not even noticable. I told him I was interested and if her could just send me two pictures of the items. Waited and Waited. Called back 5 hours later and he said he just sold it. Great honest place - yeah right!!! It was the exact car I wanted for my daughter's for her 16th Birthday as her first car. How about some honesty and communication. I would have paid for the car over the phone. Thanks for nothing Oconnell Motors!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

I purchased my Corolla from Jack OConnell. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way showing me various cars on the lot. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Happy with my purchase.

I like the mechanic Ismael. My wife and I have been servicing our cars at OConnell’s for the past 4 years and I found him to be honest and very reasonable in his pricing.

Buying a car from O'Connell Motors was such a positive experience. I found exactly what I was looking for at an incredibly affordable price. Dealers who sell cars in such low price ranges, between $1000 -$7000 take a bigger risk warrantying them than most other used car dealers who sell newer used cars. A car that is 10 or 15 years old is more likely to run into problems during the warranty period, but Brian O'Connell stood behind his warranty without wavering.O'Connells fixed any problem I had with the car for the entire warranty and always with a smile. Rarely has a car experience been handled with so much integrity. Whenever I need a car next, I will absolutely go right back to O'Connell Motors. My thanks also to Brian's sons and Eddie too. I have bought many used cars in the past, but this family business has by far been the most honest and decent.

Falsely advertised a 2005 CR-V as having no accidents and claimed they didn’t offer CarFax as they had their own system that is equally as good. Right before negotiating price, I decide to buy the CarFax and not only has it had an accident is had one more previous owner than the salesperson mentioned. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS DEALER!

Our 2003 Honda CR-V needed replacement in a hurry and, given the current state of affairs and somewhat uncertain future we are all facing, we decided to try to replace it with another of the same vintage because we hoped to find another with low miles at a reasonable price and loved its styling and features. We found a very nice, well cared-for 2004 CR-V EX online at O'Connell Motors and contacted Jack O'Connell for an appointment to see it. He met us on a Sunday morning which we thought was very gracious. There was no pressure. He let us take the car for a test drive and told us to take as long as we wanted. We drove it down Route 9 to get it up to highway speeds and pulled over in a parking lot and went through the car thoroughly. We were gone for about an hour, which would have rattled most used car dealers. That was not the case with Jack. It was obvious that he wanted us to be completely satisfied if we were going to buy this CR-V, which really was in great shape for its age. We told him we would call him Monday after trying to set up a time for our mechanic to look it over. After speaking with our mechanic and discussing the age of the car, mileage, etc., and assessing the cost of potential future repairs, we decided to significantly increase our budget and go with something newer and with less miles. I called Jack as promised and advised him of our decision. He was understanding and said he thought we had picked a really good, reliable vehicle over the CR-V he had shown us. We felt that this reaction to our decision was a clear reflection of his concern for customer satisfaction over that of making a sale for the sake of his numbers. Our youngest son, who is a new driver, is going to be looking for a reasonably priced first car soon. Based on our experience with Jack, we will definitely be bringing him to O'Connell Motors to check out their inventory. In fact, it will be our first stop. Jack's professional, low-pressure approach is uncommon among car dealers. It was a pleasure meeting him and discussing our prospective purchase with him. I would confidently recommend a stop at O'Connell Motors to anyone who asks me for my opinion about where they should shop for a pre-owned car. Go see Jack first.

Just purchased a vehicle through O'connell Motors. I had a good experience. Vehicle needed minor service after the sale and they took care of it. Satisfied customer.
