He helps me every time to make sure the medications are processed fast and correctly, even when there are insurance changes, or insurance requests extra steps like prior authorization. He's always on top of things and explains things thoroughly.”

He was friendly, professional and so helpful especially with my coupons. He also found an electronic item for me that I desperately needed in seconds. I actually enjoyed doing my errands. “I came in to print some documents and create a canvas for a room I’m decorating, and Jean helped me so much. He had such a positive attitude and great energy the entire time.
Even while multitasking—helping the FedEx driver and assisting other customers—he remained patient and made sure I had everything I needed. Usually when I go to cvs to print, I’m left to figure things out on my own, but Jean really took the time to help me through the process.
Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be coming to Walgreens instead of CVS for my prints from now on, and I’ll recommend it to others too. It’s refreshing to experience customer service like that.

“The pharmacist and Christina who works at this location are hard working and caring, words cannot express the amazing experience I had there, because of that duo my son was able to get his eardrops for a nasty infection after the urgent care was closed and the insurance was playing hardball, the dynamic duo at this CVS pharmacy stayed after 8pm and made sure I left with the medication my kid needed. I cannot thank them enough, and I plan on taking him there to thank them personally as well.”
