“Have been getting my prescriptions with them this past year and have no complaints. Their online checkout process is simple and it's wonderful to have your meds delivered right to your door.
For the one time I did go to the pharmacy because I was nearby, the pharmacist was very polite and proactive.

“Not surprisingly, Adrian always takes excellent care of me!
I was there to pick up a new prescription. Adrian, who doesn’t’ miss a thing, knew that I was already taking this medication, so asked if this was correct. I let him know that my PCP was increasing the meds, so it was fine.
Secondly, the cost of my prescription was $170. Adrian used his magic, and got the price down to $31!!
He is my Knight in shining armor!

“I'm not very happy with the pharmacy department. Sometimes I forget to look at my Walgreens app to check my prescriptions. I've noticed that they don't automatically refill certain prescriptions in which o don't have the answers to. Because I thought that was the convenience of online services. This is the only location that has done this. The other Walgreens on Waverly Street never had this issue.”

“The pharmacist and Christina who works at this location are hard working and caring, words cannot express the amazing experience I had there, because of that duo my son was able to get his eardrops for a nasty infection after the urgent care was closed and the insurance was playing hardball, the dynamic duo at this CVS pharmacy stayed after 8pm and made sure I left with the medication my kid needed. I cannot thank them enough, and I plan on taking him there to thank them personally as well.”

“I’ve only had positive experiences at this CVS. Every time I go to pick up my prescription, the pharmacists are really nice and ask me if I have any questions.
Sometimes when I buy something, I can get Extra Care Bucks on my receipt, which is basically free credit that can be used immediately to buy a candy bar or something fast. It’s gimmicky but I like that it doesn’t have a minimum requirement.”

“METROWEST PHARMACY PROVIDES FIVE STAR SERVICE - ESPECIALLY Pharmacist Blake! He is Extremely professional, incredibly polite, and very responsive. I needed an immediate eyedrop refill after my fourth 4th eye procedure/surgery and the script needed a modification. Blake took care of it immediately, processed it, and it will be delivered to my home first thing tomorrow.This is my third order and interaction with METROWEST. The pharmacists, especially Blake, answer every phone call personally, especially if you cannot get serviced through their efficient phone refill system. Everyone with whom I interacted is beyond COURTEOUS AND POLITE, extremely knowledgeable, and soooo professional. . This pharmacy delivers to my home the next day, which is so amazing and incredible. METROWEST IS THE EASIEST PHARMACY with which I have ever dealt. PLUPERFECT. I would give them 10 TEN STARS IF I WAS ABLE TO DO SO. SIMPLY EXCELLENT!!!!”
