Horrible washers and half of the dryers don't work and they know it but still will let you use it and waste your money. It is supposed to be free 30 min dry but my laundry was in for 30 min and I added 15 more min but the laundry was still soaked. The lady told me to just use another dryer and add more money. This happens almost Everytime I go there. They need to be shut down or need new washer and dryers.

They have quite a few Washers and quite a few Dryers, but most of them don't work. Like 3 or 4 are enough.

Attendant was friendly however the dryers temperature aren't working up to par I put over $10 to dry clothes that should of been dried with only $3. The attendant did offer to add money to dry however her kind gesture does not fix the fact that the dryer is not working properly. Management needs to fix the dryer and Not take advantage of lower income families that use the laundry mat.
My family and I will never return until this matter is addressed.

One star because I did manage to get my laundry done there. Otherwise, nothing the website says is valid, and another patron said it was excellent before it was sold to the current owners. Ugh. The row of washers at the front has NO air circulation. Doors wide open, and no A/C and it was humid yesterday. The other 2/3 of the space has two ceiling fans, and a third that is broken and on the shelf between front & back of machines.Over 50% of the washers do not work.WiFi? Nope. I saw two Prowash WiFi options on the computer and asked for the password. "No Wifi. We don't have that."Two restrooms. One permanently locked. The other the doorknob has been replaced with Duct Tape. Classy.In the back there is a large table, put together with wood, some trim around the top and linoleum tiles on it. The top seemed clean, though lots of missing linoleum and stains. The bottom had a shelf built across it and it is covered with large sheets of tin, and the shelf has cracked if not broken, in the middle. There are two units in the back that were probably generating heat to the dryers. They look like old furnaces. Just sitting there, in the chaos back there.Free drying? Yes, to a point, but you have to use the card you've loaded money on, to get it going, and swipe it for every 5 minutes you need for drying, and it says FREE initially. Eventually my card started deducting money off it, because the clothes were not dry - and they were not oversized loads.I gave the other woman my pre-loaded card since she has to go there every now and then. I will never go back.
