Horrible experience, I’ve paid a 10x15 first month and the staff accepted transfer my spot to a 10x10 within 5 days and they charge me for both months and when I called they wouldn’t give me a refund for the storage I was no longer using ,I asked him for a refund for 25 days I was no using and he hang up the phone while I was speaking .I ended up paying twice for one place smaller .
