Waiting 2 hrs even though check in Said 15 mins. The staff is rude to the people. Just a horrible location

The board has a waiting time and it has said 8 minutes for the past hour with no appointments waiting. They prioritize a few different clinics and it makes the wait time board frustrating lies. Had to leave and go elsewhere for blood draw.
