Quest is a very very busy business with at least a thousand or more clients locally who are well served ....BUT they do not have enough to pay humans to answer the phones and make appts for patients as an alternative to online bookings.. I ran into so many problems several times and would have so appreciated someone being able to help me. I am not at all unfamiliar with online bookings or using devices to make them. The phlebotomists are much too busy to have to answer phones, but it is in my experience and opinion very very inefficient for their customers ( sent there by their doc's offices) for doing business and making or trying to make appointments online .. I dread it every time. The techs there are perfectly efficient at their jobs and that has never been a problem. It is making the appointments that is so troublesome.

Im not really one to write reviews but this was the best experience I’ve had at a Quest. I think I spent more time waiting for the elevator than in their office. Check in was easy, the 2 women in the back were friendly and discreet, and the blood draw was nearly painless. I came in 5 minutes before my appointment time and left with 2 minutes to spare! I’ll definitely pick this quest moving forward.

Arrived early as a walk in for a pre-employment drug screen. Waiting room was cleared quickly and was empty except for me for several minutes. Waiting room began to fill again. My name was called but the woman who called me was the phlebotomist and told me she didn’t do the drug screens (she was very nice). The woman who was responsible for drug screens, without turning to look at me from her computer, rudely informed me I needed to make an appointment. The bathroom was empty. And there was no one else in the lab at the time. I explained that I took the morning off from my current job to be there. She said it wasn’t her problem and (still not turning to look at me) told the other employee to show me how to make an appointment. I asked to use the bathroom before I left and again, without turning around she told the other employee to “give me the key” even tho the lab bathroom was empty and she clearly wasn’t calling in her next appointment. I do have to say the phlebotomist tried to be kind. Very frustrating experience. I waited for over 40 minutes. She easily could have let me know when I arrived that they could not accommodate me. They should not advertise that they take walk-ins if they do not.

Their system was down and when I showed up for my appointment, I saw a lady yelling at people who were waiting there. I found it very disrespectful and rude. I was also sent back because I didn’t have a printed copy of my order, understandable as their system was down but that doesn’t mean I should be yelled at or be treated rudely. Will never go back here.

Billing department is incapable of filing a claim - sending it to wrong address, using wrong number. 6 months, 3 attempts, 3 hour long phone calls, and still they file it wrong. Unbelievable.

The reviews made me nervous, as someone who always need to be pretreated for blood draws. Couldn't have gone any better! I had an appt for 745 and waited 10 minutes tops, in and out real quick! The phlebotomist was so nice and made the experience so much easier. Thank you guys!!

If I could put -10 I would do that. The worst facility I have ever been to! Nurses not qualified and can’t do the injection, there is a huge bruise on my hand which does not go away for 5 days so far. The orders sent by doctors for a lab tests does not go neither theough the email nor through the fax. I came here twice and was refused, although my doctor sent the order 3 times. Never use this facility!

Framinham facility review. if i could put -10 i would do so. the worst facility I have ever been to. orders do not go theough to them neither via emai nor via fax. I came here twice and they did not take me. I sent them the order from my doctor myself and still she didn't see. I waited for 1.5h hoping it will finelly get through (4th attempt), but they didn't get it so I was not able to do the test I needed. now I have to wait for 1 more months since the test was supposed to be done exactly at this date of the cycle. Better use your hospital lab, never use this terrible place.

Rude and unprofessional staff. Not interested in health or care. Just their own schedules. Absolutely dreadful. Especially Barbara. Ugh.

I have never experienced the amount of disrespect as I have with the two women who work here. I have observed them be extremely rude to patients when I had an appointment, and when I mistakenly showed up a day early to an appointment I have never been treated so terribly because I was there. I was yelled at and laughed at. The only reason people go here is because there are no other quest labs close. The staff here is truly awful. They should consider the sensitive nature of some of the labs we are there to get drawn instead of treating patients like they are a burden to be doing their job. Will never be going back here again. Wish there was an option for 0 stars. If you wanted to be treated like a human then absolutely DO NOT go here for any lab draws.

Really below zero!!!My daughter, 24 just had several vials of blood taken. She was not told to sit for a few minutes after, no juice or crackers were given. She ended up passed out in the lobby and paramedics/fire department helped her. She's ok but this should not have happened. After someone fasts for 12 hours electrolytes should have been replaced. This is so upsetting-horrific patient care. This site needs to make changes before this happens again.

Made an appointment online and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment time. Lab is on 3rd floor of building on the north side so enter through back door of building for easy signage directing you to the suite. Very easy to find. Then the best part, my phlebotomist Lori was amazing! At my regular doctors office they can never get my blood but Lori knew exactly what to do and the draw was painless and extremely quick. Minimal bruising and overall great experience. Takes all the anxiety of going to get my blood drawn.
