During the initial application, they falsely promise discounts, gift cards, and low prices just to attract customers. Later, in the following months, there is no discount, and the monthly payment is increased each time without informing you. When you contact them to complain, they respond very coldly. After a few months, I canceled the service.

Do not…. I repeat do not go to this place , they are a horrible company. All they’ve done to me and my low income family is lie and say we would be paying 20$ a month and after having their service for under 6 months our bill has gone all the way from 20$ to 50$ their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with and they are extremely rude and don’t care about their customers. We were also suppose to get a 100$ prepaid card from them and never even received anything!

Today we had such a wonderful, educated, polite, knowledgeable kind man from Astound. His name is Jorge Mutti. He fixed our tv which we have had so much trouble since we upgraded. He is just A+plus off the charts. He is such a credit to your organization. You can’t imagine how pleased we were with his service.

Do not recommend. I reached out to set a cancellation date as I was moving, they shut my internet off 3 weeks early, despite me confirming the correct date. When they turned it back on, they recharged me for the month, so I paid twice, and got rid of my promo rate so my new rate was over double the original. When I reached out to fix they said they would look into it and reach out. They did not. When I contacted them again they said there was nothing they could do, even though my billing statements showed them charging me twice for a majority of June. Stay away.

Thank you for having Thonny employed with being so helpful (us being seniors) how to use our new updated equipment, he is the best.

I am a business customer locked into a 3 year contract. Last year, they raised the price in the middle of the contract. This year, same exact thing! Do they even care about a contract? There is no cause to raise the price. I have to contact them every year and argue about rectifying the situation. Honor the contract and be an honest company!!!
