I love the service they give I'm just unhappy with my bed that I had bought. I finally finished all the payments and after awhile the bed is just very uncomfortable. So I'm trying to get a new bed possibly with a discount of some sort.

I waited all morning for them to drop off my bed. Which they couldn’t deliver over the week because i had to be there. Just for them to not show up or call. i had to call them & they said it was a “mistake” & now they cannot deliver till 3-4pm which is 3-4 hours after when it was supposed to be delivered. Worst experience i’ve ever had with a company.

Completely honest, I wish they had a lower rating for me to score this particular location. 3 years ago I was threatened by the store manager. I filed a complaint and the district manager helped me fix the situation. I just called because we placed an order for a table and the same person (Nelson) who is the store manager refused to sell me a table for Christmas. Not only that, he was completely rude to me and my wife on the phone right away. I was not even rude and just wanted my application processed. He wouldn’t give me any numbers and decided to continue to be rude to me. That is not a way to manage a store and demonstrate extraordinary customer service. This has got to change. Because of him I will not be able to host a family reunion for Christmas. Thanks Nelson from Framingham.

Horrible place. Nelson threatens people apparently when we can’t make a payment. Called corporate and waiting for district managers call back. Recorded the whole conversation between Nelson and I and all he could do is yell at me to leave the store. Steer clear of this place.

The store manager is great but I wouldn’t buy there because if you have a real problem that only the district manager can fix she won’t because she is a prejudice racist! Wish I could give zero stars!
