Zuleine was very nice and ensured I had a great trip. The room was clean and great staff.

We, and many other members of my family, recently stayed at the Residence Inn in Framingham for a nearby wedding and were very dissatisfied. First, the weather was hot and the air conditioning in the rooms did not work. We were told that the hotel had already switched their system for the heating season and there was no way they could help us. Secondly, the person hat checked us in was very unfriendly and annoyed when we asked for a higher floor room when assigned to one on the 1st floor. Thirdly, the condition of the rooms was terrible - dried up glue on the desk, chipped and stained tub, not very clean surfaces (fridge exterior and bathroom sink cabinet). I have stayed in other Residence Inns and been very happy but would not recommend this location to anyone.

First room had dirty/missing dishes and dead grasshopper in the sink. We requested a change and the 2nd room was clean. They turn off air conditioning in fall so it was very hot at night. They don't have a printer for the guests. They agreed to print if I emailed the PDF to them. So I emailed the PDF to them but the front desk printer was printing junk. The staff wasn't technically savvy enough to resolve the issue and they wouldn't let me look at what they were doing. Eventually I just requested them the delete the email as it we as a passport application with a lot of personal information on it.

I don't recommend. No AC. Went to front desk and the lady told me that it was shut off because MA law. The the law says room should be heated 65-76 but my room was 89. Told me to open the windows and 2 out of 4 had no screen. So now I have bugs in my room. Ask for a fan, they don't have any. Breakfast got cold before I even finished eating. Towels(small and thin) and blanket had stains. The air ducts don't work.

The front desk people were very nice. The hotel itself was lacking. The lobby smelled like fish that had been cooked in a microwave. The odor permeated the lobby to the elevator. The room was OK to mediocre - the window curtains were torn and it appears management doesn’t care enough to replace. The front panel of the key on the room door had been removed and the electronics of the key panel was exposed to the hallway. The toilet handle had to be held down to adequately flush. Towel situation was awful — towels not big enough and not enough bath towels were given. Would make a different choice next time.

I stayed at this hotel in June for six days, had a wonderful experience. I just stayed there again recently (September) for another six days and encountered the same staff who were very professional, met all my needs, and worked very hard to please. Would like to specifically mention the Front Desk folks-Deseri and Zuleine who work long hours and always have a great attitude, especially friendly and welcoming. Chester the Manager was great to talk with, very friendly and doing a great job at this hotel. The free full breakfast was wonderful and the staff were constantly re-filling all the food and beverages and constantly wiping counters so it always looked very inviting. I am looking forward to my next visit to Residence Inn Framingham and highly recommend this hotel, the location was close to Mass Turnpike and 495 which makes it a great starting point to go everywhere.Rooms: Although it is an older hotel, I have been there three times over the years and have never had any problem with my spacious room or accommodations.

Unfortunately, the experience was just not good. Our first room had only a pencil thin stream coming from the bathroom sink so they moved us to a new room. That new room had zero pressure to help the toilet flush. Must be a plumbing issue throughout the hotel. In addition, there were hairs on the towels and stains on the curtains and bedding. Didn’t feel clean.

Not a great place to stay. Service desk was nice but overall, not a clean, beat up hotel. Bathroom floor grout wasn't clean, stains on the couch in suite area, smelled musty in room. It's off the beaten path and you'd think it would be better taken care off. I'll stay somewhere else next time in town for work.

Will not stay again. Room has a musty smell, there were dirty towels left in the bathroom from previous guests and there was a bloodstain on the comforter on one of the beds. Upon calling the desk after finding said stain we were told nothing can be done as they "ran out of comforters and there in the wash so we won't have another one for hours." We didn't arrive at the hotel until 9, by the time we found the stain it was 9:40 we will now be sleeping with no blankets which is completely unacceptable. No one at the hotel finds anything wrong with this and there was no alternative solution offered to us. Absolutely horrible, for the price you pay you'd be better off staying somewhere else.

Hotel definitely caters to conference people. Awful place to stay to get something to eat easily. The hotel seemed a bit run down. Rarely saw any staff and sometimes they were rude. The thermostat didn't work. It either blew air no matter the temperature or did nothing. At least the windows did open so it wasn't so stuffy. The tub didn't work. Towels seemed old. So did the couch cushions. Also, asked for no housekeeping on check in, but they came in anyway and emptied the trash, but nothing else. Have to leave the do not disturb sign on the door to not actually get service.

The weather was hot and the AC was frosty. While not a real complaint due to how hit It was the nights we stayed, the AC was either cold or off, the thermostat didn't regulate beyond that. More cover helped. No more pool was a bummer..

Room was nice with a kitchenette. Good for short and long term stays. It was in a quiet area with little to no traffic noise even though it's close to the highway. Was a little difficult to find as it's in a corporate office park so signage wasn't great. Overall a good value.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast which included hot options along with fruit and yogurt.

I arrived to a hotel where 1 of 2 elevators were working. In my room, there was no hairdryer. I called the front desk for two days and each time I was told to call back in the morning. The breakfast was not fit for anyone. And the pool is nonexistent. And let's not forget the store--it was mostly empty. Just sad.

This place is a dump. The rooms are shappy and ill maintained. The toilets are dirty and all rusted, including the bathtub and soap dish - I wonder how plastics develop rust. The staff look and behave like they have not been paid for over a yesr and really don't care when you try to talk to them or make requests. The breakfast handling and organization is both frustrating and hilarious. This is the first place I have come across that does not have butter or any type of spreads for breakfast. They keep saying that they have run out of it which seems to be a standard excuse for everything. Although they have housekeeping service, they don't provide it even if you request it and ask you to come to the front desk to collect fresh towels if you need them. The TV though there, is as good not being there as there is no way you can get the remote to work.Overall, if you decide to still stay there, do so at your own peril. We just got out of there at the first available opportunity.Rooms: Shabby and ill maintained. Unhealthy.Noteworthy details: The Hotel is filthy and terrible and the staff is dissatisfied and look frustrated.
