Robinsons Hardware & Rental is a business with many loyal customers of over fifteen years. It is known for great customer service and very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff who are focused on helping. The staff will spend time going over products like yard equipment, snow blowers, and lawn mowers so customers have a good understanding of how to use them. They listen and think about challenging projects, always successful in finding a solution, sometimes even modifying another item to make it work. The inventory is huge and full, so customers can definitely find everything they need. The service department does great work, returning equipment quickly and cleaning it. They offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services, which is a huge help, and they are known for wanting to help, even sometimes going out of their range. The rental service at their locations is also awesome. Customers appreciate supporting this small business because the overall experience is wonderful and that is hard to find at big box stores, which no longer have cashiers like Robinsons does. Some long-time customers note that the experience has changed and they miss previous staff, but many others find a really great experience and continue to support them any way they can.
Haven't come in a few years as didn't seem to have full shelves but I mist say they do now and have everything I need.. They also have cashiers as home depot and lowes no longer have.. I will now come here all thr time..

Great neighborhood hardware store. We'll stocked. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Much prefer it to big box stores.

Some of the workers are very nice. There is one older guy there , ( not sure if he owns it) He is very rude everytime I see him talking to customers. He should be a little more Courteous to customers.
