Overall not happy. My wife and I went in to purchase paint and primer for our kitchen cabinets. Person behind the counter seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They sold us the primer and a “sample” of the color of our choice. Problem was we asked for semi-gloss but they gave us satin with no explanation. It wasn’t until later when we purchased a full gallon that they pointed it out. Now we have a pair of cabinets with the wrong sheen, forced to start over or stick with a sheen we were clear wasn’t out choice.

For the past five years, I have faithfully used SW products and have generally admired their quality. However, my recent experiences at the Framingham location have been utterly appalling. The store manager, Dave, displays a disturbing level of disrespect towards immigrant customers, blatantly showing that he is not concerned about losing their patronage. This sentiment is not mine alone; colleagues within the trade share these troubling experience. To all immigrants who wish to avoid being mistreated, I strongly advise avoiding this store until there is a change in management. This is a call for dignity and respect—it’s time for a change!

I purchased a gallon of custom paint. It was supposed to be made exactly as previously purchased. When I used it, it was very glossy. I took pictures and sent it to Uri (?sp). He told me to come in and buy a De Glosser. Why do I have to spend more money when the gallon wasn't made correctly? Now I can't use any of the paint.
