My wife and I became a T-Mobile customer in Bellingham Massachusetts well back in October 2023 we moved to Ashland and I know that they have franchise so I decided that I wanted to check out the Framingham T-Mobile since I know it’s corporate owned well. My wife and I are extremely happy that we did due to the fact that they have a very nice group of people working there. There is not one person in that store that we do not like whatsoever, they are all fantastic. We have friends that we have brought over to T-Mobile and this store is very helpful us and also to anybody that we bring over the impression that we got from the store is that they really do care so we might have to take a 12 minute ride to go to the store but we don’t care they are extremely friendly and also as far as we are very caring people. They do represent T-Mobile attitude because my wife and I have had AT&T and they are horrible. I know I was with them for over 10 years since come to T-Mobile I’ve had nothing but great experience and my wife loves him and so do I, maybe we will check out the T-Mobile store someday since it’s closer to our home, but this store is fantastic. If I could give them a 10 star I would do it.

Lazy staff. Store hours said they were open until 8. I saw 3 humans sitting there doing nothing. I showed up at 7pm. They wouldn't even look at me. Lights on and everything, every single one was on a phone relaxing. Poor employees.

Honestly, this place was amazing. I went in knowing I needed to update my phone. I've been a long-appreciated customer of T-Mobile for some time now, ever since I discovered how great their military discount is over Verizon.Sam helped me as soon as she could with the other customers in the store. Even though I'm devastated that most companies don't allow expandable storage, Sam helped me as best as she could with capacity size options. She explained all the features of one over another and was very knowledgeable with the differences in features and prices.Sadly, T-Mobile wasn't able to carry the 1TB capacity that I ended up needing, but Sam helped me order a phone while I was in the store, and explained to me why they also don't carry the privacy screens.I felt so bad that after all her hard work, I wasn't getting anything from the store itself; so I gladly purchased an Otterbox phone case for when my phone arrived.Sam was energetic, helpful and friendly the entire time. Most negative reviews you see from this location is likely due to customers problems with the T-Mobile carrier itself, or their policies. Not the amazing staff themselves.

Entire store empty. Went in to seek help with migration. We were told there was nothing to they could do in store and to call customer service. After 2.5 hours on the phone with customer service we were told this could be only handled in store and they weren't sure why they sent us to them. Don't waste your time.

Save yourself a trip. If you have basic computer literacy you can activate your phone on your own and not deal with the ignorance of this store.I asked about porting a number. The sales person Samatha without any other information but my skin color, said I had to pay $70 for an account and no other option was available.I politely stood outside the store and handled the entire transaction on my phone in less than 10 minutes. including an account for half the price.This store is waste of space and even the manager thinks this is okay because "okay" is literally all that she says. please turn it into a soup kitchen or something useful.

I called customer service to do a line own ship change, they referred me to this store, at store they don’t know what to do, even manager don’t know what they are doing, the worse part they are not willing to call customer service to walk through the process.

Had the best experience today with Kelvin. Best experience I have ever had buying a new phone. Kelvin was extremely knowledgeable, listened and made some great suggestions based on my needs. I am seriously considering going back to him to buy an apple watch. It is something I never EVER thought I needed, and I am so happy he suggested it, now that I realize it would be so beneficial for me in a new job I am starting. Either way, Kelvin outshined everyone I ever worked with on buying a new phone. T Mobile in general has been excellent with service but not always the best at the store level. Kelvin was extremely professional, and all class. I just love when something goes right! Thank you, Kelvin!
